Oh man Randi, this just might be my favourite video of yours - ever. I love Raymond Reddington SO DAMN MUCH and feel like this show is just getting better and better overall and I'm just obsessed with every aspect of it. That quote about the people we are so used to living with and then suddenly they're not there, I related to that so much when I watched that episode because of what I've had going on in my life atm and it just made me love him that much more. This was absolutely breathtaking! To be honest, I'm finding it very hard to like Lizzie in the past few episodes, so to see this tribute to everything that Red loves makes me very happy indeed. I just hope that Lizzie stops all the anger and blame that she seems to have for him again and doesn't break his heart into a million pieces. I found all the parallels between Josephine and Lizzie to be quite remarkable in this past episode, so I hope Lizzie soon realizes how special she really is to him and that losing her would break him.
+EnglishLitGirl Yes, a lot of parallels for sure! Bruised wrist vs. scarred wrist, arranged marriage vs. fake marriage, abusive husband vs. well, abusive husband! Also, Red telling Josephine he can protect her if she went with him, he said the exact same thing to Liz the week before ("I can protect you, but not if you run away"). Wake up and smell the unconditional love and devotion, Lizzie! lol. Red killed it this episode (and killed my heart, in the process).
