Bawal kodigo o cellphone, but depends also on school. Sa national bread and pastry they give a list of ingredients but no recipe (you need to already memorize the recipes at this point)

Hello po. Hindi ko po alam paano ang lessons niyo sa online. Kami po kasi 10 Days online and 10 days na face to face or hands on training. Ang final products na ipe-present po ang titignan ni assessor. So depende po.Make sure po na alam niyo gamit niyong method.

I took the Bread and Pastry NC2 national exam years ago... Youre given 6 hours to complete four specific recipes: Soft Dinner Rolls x10, Lemon Meringue Pie x1 and Lemon Meringue Tarts x5, Cream Puffs and Eclairs *10 pcs, and Vanilla Chiffon Cake x1 and Vanilla Chiffon Roll x1. I am the first to finish out of 30 people who got the exam at 2 hours and 44 minutes (all excellent rating). I missed my culinary school days, one of the best days of my life ❤
