Despite being weakened, thus not at the full peak of his strength, as well the Berserker Predator’s dishonourable methods, the Classic Predator put up one hell of a fight. No half-starved human would last this long against anyone, let alone a predator. This Predator had most strongest willpower I ever seen, even as he was close to death, he showed no fear to his enemy, the trait of a true hunter.

@@anthonymcgee2776 the Yautja would not have treated him so cruely. Their honour code forbids it. They kept it prisoner but would have treated it well. Fed it, gave it water. The Yautja dont believe in torturing or starving out. Its part of it is that they have a trial by combat system. And in order for it to be a fair an hounorable fight both parties must be as close to peak strength as is possable. So to starve and dehydrate a prisoner would very strongly go against their code and if they were to return to their world with the fugitive or release him to hunt him down starving and dehydrating would strip all honour from the captors and they would have to nurse them back to health before any form of trial could be taken against the fugitive

The Classic Predator isn’t as strong as Berserker, but he did sacrifice himself to help the humans. Also, this is the first Predator to Predator fight in the film franchise, and it’s awesome to watch.

I love the fact that when the berserker predator tries to strike fear into or show that’s its won to the classic predator by unmasking it’s self, the classic one just doesn’t give a fuck😂 even in death the classic predators are still the best
When the berserker pred first roars (0:28) when the ship starts up I feel like it said something like “coward” and the classic pred responds with “you’re one to talk”.

I always love when a series takes the terrifying monster from one movie and turns him to the good side. Here we see this fearsome hunter that fought and stalked people in the first one now fighting for humans. It understands what Royce did, and that is AWESOME.

Like the rest of the Jungle Hunter Clan, the Crucified Predator (aka Classic Predator) was a honorable hunter and a skilled warrior, but because of his capture and torture by the Super Predators, he was weakened and not at the full peak of his strength and stamina.
Plus don't forget Beserker, Tracker, and Falconer are a Sub species of Yautja, and have been feuding along with the rest of their people against the classics.

the classic predator was obviously weakened by his time in chains..him and royce should've taken on the berserker predator together, then they could've boarded the ship together..the predator would've ferried them back to earth, before leaving for yautja prime.
the next movie would've started on yautja prime and it would've finally been a movie focused on predators..the classic predator would've been granted audience in front of the elders, telling them about the rogue predators and their hunting planet, and the viewers would've been introduced to a new concept about an ongoing civil war between original predators and this separate caste of rogue predators.
if only...if only mainstream directors could think this way and listened to the fans, we would’ve gotten such good sequels. same goes for prometheus with the engineers.

Actually there are 2 types of predators:classic predators (every single predator except these 3 Bad bloods) and super predators (these 3 are currently the only ones we know).Super predators see themselves as superior but there are more classic predators so they are banished from yautja prime and they are rogue and hate classic predators
I remember when I first watched this. It was awesome then and still is.
Considering how well the classic Predator fought despite having been weakened, dehydrated and crucified, and Berserker being at full strength, I think if the two were on equal footing the classic would have won.
Even they both are in equal footing, still the berserker wins because unlike other predators. he is a super predator with more strength & power. And he doesn't care about the honor because he's bad blood,he would take what ever it means to defeat his opponents in a dirty way.
Berserker's brutal headbutt is also a deadly weapon.

Yautjas face beings who are bigger, heavier and stronger than them on a daily basis, the size difference between both is pretty much irrelevant as what it truly matters is the skill.
The crucified, more like any other Yautja who follows the honor code, limit themselves during the hunts. Not only this is more fair to their prey but this also allows them to overcome harder situations, making tougher hunters on the process. That's the main point. The Super Predators do not limit themselves at all, neither they follow the code of honor, so even tho their technology is superior, their skills are not as a result of their hunts being far more easier. Normal Yautjas are in for the challenge, Super Predators are in for the kill.
The crucified got captured in the first place because Berserker and Falconer fought him together. You can see this in the animated canonical comics. 1 on 1 with no handicaps of any short, the crucified would win against the berserker.

There was a reason it's called a "Berserker predator" being it doesn't normally follow orders but does things on it's own even in groups. They don't follow traditions or any form of sportsmanship. Just hunt and fight against other tribes.

When the classic predator uses the camouflage to sneak up on the berserker predator, why does he go visible and lunge at the berserker instead of cutting his head off or shooting him with the plasma cannon? He could’ve easily killed the berserker right there.

I honestly don’t think Classic would win against Berserker even if he was at best condition. Berserker just seems a whole lot like the better Predator to me. And it’s not like he did a bad job either, he was doing pretty good, his best(or rather would-be best) just wasn’t good enough. It’s like the Spinosaurus killing the Tyrannosaurus in Jurassic Park 3. It really wasn’t all that bad, the spinosaurus is just naturally more powerful in that movie’s universe. Same can really be said here probably.
Well your comparing Jurassic park 3, who knows if the spinosaurus was stronger, we have no proof. No one lived in the dinosaur age, But yea maybe spinosaurus was stronger who knows. The reason T-Rex was the king of the monsters is bc all of his muscle and strength, his legs his jaw, his power, just his hands though lol. But anyway he was king of the dinosaur bc how strong he looked. Plus we don’t know what color the dinosaurs are, not all Jurassic movies are true and are facts... anyway now the predator side, I think classic predator would of won, just think about it, how long was he tied on that place? No water no energy, maybe the Bad bloods would hit him and just punished him, think about that. If The classic predator was never their and had all energy he would of won he was close on defeating Berserker. Plus Berserker was using weapons, but that’s the bad bloods way in their code, they break the code and do what ever they want. So yah, classic predator would of won, let me give you an example, you tied up, no water no food after a week and you managed to untangled yourself. And now the bad guy who tied you up is gonna fight you no weapons and no guns, just hand fight and whatever you can use in your body. The bad guy is healthy and has energy, but you don’t bc u have been tied up for a week with no food and no water and energy. Most likely the bad guy is gonna win, you see what I mean?? Classic predator probably would of won if he had all energy and wasn’t tied up.
Margarito Guzman I assume you’re making the old argument of the actual real life spinosaurus when it has nothing to do with the Jurassic park variation. Real life is irrelevant to that particular argument, the proof is in the movie’s universe that the spinosaurus was clearly stronger than the fully grown T-Rex. The story writers established it as such, so there’s simply no argument against that. I say the same for Berserker, he was probably just better either way.
The thing is, we don’t have proof of how long he was even tied up there, or how badly they hit him aside from nailing him through his feet. As for how he looks..... he doesn’t look like he’s in that bad of condition. He doesn’t look as if he’s starving, you would think he’d be far skinnier if that was the case. This could have simply been just a few days, or it could have been a week or two, we simply don’t know for sure. It’s not like Berserker was losing the fight either, and it’s not like Classic was doing poorly at the same time. But it’s not like he’s going to go super saiyan and kill Berserker instantly like some people seem to be thinking.
As for the whole honor code aspect.... these guys really don’t even see themselves as bad bloods. And Classic wouldn’t refrain from using his weapons because “it’s the right thing to do”, or “it’s honorable and fair”. He used his cloak to get the ambush on him at one point. His technology could have been damaged, hence why he probably didn’t use the plasmacaster. In a situation like this... you shouldn’t give a shit about whatever your honor is. Logically he would have tried to eliminate the threat to his existence as quick as possible. That’s exactly what Berserker was doing, and that’s exactly what I believe Classic was doing(to the best of his ability).
Heck I’d even go out on a limb and say that probably the original predator wouldn’t beat Berserker in a physical match. I mean it took a LOT of blows to the head to kill him and such. But that doesn’t mean I disrespect the original at all either.
Classic didn’t back down, he never once gave up ground. Neither did that T-Rex. They went out good in the end, and the two respective villains(Berserker and the Spinosaurus) paid the price later on.

It was pretty awesome, despite it being a bit illogical in my opinion for lacking the mandibles, but he does have just a few dreadlocks or so. I guess they just didn’t want it being too similar to the Predalien which was added later.

Wanna throw this out there, not only was this predator starve, dehydrated, damage gear, and possibly torture. Classic Predator is been explained that he is probably a young blood, meaning he is a teenager, a youngster. So when I saw this kid stood there unfaze by the roar of berserker predator(who is the youngest out the other two to hunt and kill a xenomorph and is the sadistic one) I was like "damn this kid just wanna fuck that guy up". Even the second time when Berserker roar at Classic, and classic Predator remain silent, calm, and focuse on the fight. Which the kid landed some pretty good shots, show no fear so berserker couldn't even get joy out of him, and stood his ground despite how little the odds are. 👏👏👏👏

For me wolf has a chance to because of how bad ass he was in avp 2, wolf only drew with the predalien cause he went with no weapons to that final fight because the predalien showed honor so he did as well. But if wolf were to fight the upgraded predator i think wolf would not stick to the honor code because the upgraded pred has no honor, so therefore i believe with wolf skillset he could kill the upgraded predator.

CXimines we don’t know whether or not the Classic Predator was a Young Blood. Something you have to take into account is that it was bound and chained up for who knows how long. So another factor that contributed to the Classic Predator’s loss was it not being at full strength.
Well, that and the Berserker Predator fighting dirty since it doesn’t give a shit about fighting honorably.
In predators game he is described as leader of jungle hunters also it is very likely that they took his plasma caster for their safety while he is definetly more powerful than berserker (if classic was at his full strenght) remember they are compared as dogs and wolfs 8.5/10 dogs are weaker than wolf also lets not forget they say in movie larger preds hunt the smaller preds

But he still ended up losing due to not being at full strength, and cuz the Berserker Predator fought dirty.

He was probably sent to keep tabs on the super predator before the guy we saw at the start(by the traps with a hole in his chest) captured him. The bad bloods probably were torturing him because they probably didn’t know that the other predators tribes were watching them.

Beserker predator come from where ?
Berserker Predator is originaly came from Yautja Prime. However, after doing some rebellion alongside with Nightstorm Predator. He got exiled by his clans, later labelled as Bad Blood by Elite & Elder.
Berserker is a coward. Classic was in a malnourished state.
I read somewhere that Berserker was going to have Falconer fight the classic as a means of proving his worth since he was the youngest and newest member of the clan.

I'dont know what you're all talking about. Classic nerver had a chance. Berserker went easy on him at first, like when you play with a child. CP tackled Berserker with full speed and it looked like he ran into a wall. At the end of the fight you could see how easily he defeted him. 3 - 4 strong headbutts and it was over. Ppl have to take off their fanboy glasses.
Berserker predator would have been destroyed if he vs Celtic predator.
If not for honor and weakend the normal predator would kill the berserker...hard to be honest...but he would. Now...ya"ll mentioning Wolf here....the black predators are out of his league cowards exiled etc...meanwhile Wolf is an ELITE-VETERAN . What does it means? Well after hundreds maybe thousands of fights...missions in wich he won etc you are able to get that state. There also mentioned Queen Mother Xenomorph, the supreme ruler of xenomorph, as the most deadly species by Yautja. In some novels have been mentioned, that most of yautja got perished when tried to hunted down Queen Mother Xenomorph.
Engineers obviously deadly, due to their intelegence skills for either fighting or bio engineered other species on Planet. Even one of Elite Yautja named 'Ahab', almost got killed by Engineer on comic.
that fight was lame, I expected some yautja martial art moves or something, this looked like 2 boys fight on the school yard
Even if you hate The Predator 2018 I feel like it felt more of a real movie than this one way better cast and was way better shot the movie got messed up because studio forced shane to reshoot the whole third act at the last minute thats why the third act feels out of place and fugitive dies early because there were 2 more emissary Predators they fucked that movie but despite the final product I still think its way better than this one
@@adriel88_ I was talking about the 2010 movie. But I still think the 2018 one was trash. There were too many stupid jokes, the movie seemed more like a comedy and didn't take itself serious. Also the idea of an advanced alien civilization who desperately want to weaponize asperger's syndrome is beyond ridiculous

Did you see its face? Its teeth? The way it handled the original predator as if it was child play.

@@Laserbeak316 there are no rules in love and war! And definitely war, that predator, and predators in general, just want the win. Don't get me wrong, I hear a predator will fight unarmed if its opposition is unarmed, but otherwise its all a game to it.

Come on, in fact let's keep it very real, in the whole universe, do you really believe we are alone? And if not, do you really think we are the strongest toughest beings? Humans that are scared of the dark, spiders, clowns, etc none of these things go out of their way to poach us for the fun of it. So imagine a 4-5m tall alien, with physical capabilities far beyond ours, and tech that leaves our ammunition looking like spears and fire sticks! Came from a far away solar system to specifically take back humans to hang on their mantle! I've got to keep it real with you, an alien soldier (which is what it would be) would just keep killing us until it got tired! And it wouldn't come on its own, it would come with its crew.
Yeah for a movie, alien scum would die, but in reality, as soon as aliens come to our planet we are at a serious disadvantage. They can travel space like a walk in the park, so it means nothing to squish some earthlings.
@Connor Jonhson you're right, but have you heard of how many stars are in our galaxy, then how many galaxies are in our quadrant, then there are supposed to be 4 quadrants to the universe and then how many universes in the cosmos, for us to be the only form life is like taking a handful water, seeing no life in it and then coming to the conclusion the ocean is void of life.
I always take this approach, it's better to think there is, but there isn't other life forms, then to think there isn't and be surprised that there are. You get me?
