I would like to hear your opinion on Rancho Murieta. I know it's in the county, away from city life, but I'd like your unbiased opinion on the demographics, leisure activities, median housing, and private community living. Thank you.

Hello @RikiHawk - thanks for watching! Rancho Murieta is definitely a small town feel compared to the major suburbs of Sacramento. If you don't mind driving a ways to get to amenities & shopping, then it could be a good fit if you are looking for that vibe. There are new homes still being built there, and the overall price point of homes is on the higher end (typical of Sacramento suburbs). key things to research would be taxes & assessments of the area since it is a special district and an hoa. If you don't like having to get approval to do things to your home/land, than might not be a great fit, but if you want golf course living with the other amenities they offer like tennis, then it may be worth the sacrifice. For demographics info, you could check out www.niche.com/places-to-live/rancho-murieta-sacramento-ca/ If you want to be closer to conveniences, then there are definitely other suburbs where you can still get beautiful golf course living but not be so far out. I would be interested in your opinion on Rancho Murieta. I know it's in Sacramento County and a private community, so I'm curious to hear your unbiased opinion.

Thank you for the specific examples! My fam and I are moving to Roseville in the coming months.
I’m curious to know during hot summers where are some popular places to go? I assume some of them indoors at least

Cool, where are you guys moving from @alex55t60 ? In Roseville, one of our popular summer spots for the kids to go is Sunsplash, a big water park we have with slides, lazy river, wave pool, plus mini golf, lazer tag, and more. But we have so many fun things to do both indoor & outdoors. It's dry heat, so people still go out & live life, kiddos sports continue too. Obviously, it may take some adjusting to if you are from a colder climate, but it's not like it's Phoenix AZ crazy heat or super humid like Texas or Florida. Many of our clients relocate here for the weather. Check out this video where we go over so many fun things to do in Roseville: ua-cam.com/video/UjnZXW0CaYQ/v-deo.html
And we also have a Roseville playlists with so much great content for you: ua-cam.com/play/PLVtWbXsgFqJGCmFaKnYjuF6QskNKD1yGM.html
And here is a driving + aerial tour we just did of Roseville, that will show you how convenient everything is: ua-cam.com/video/ldFQLEEeqZE/v-deo.html
Feel free to book a zoom call with us & we can show you how many of our relocation buyers have made the move as smooth as possible with our guidance: calendly.com/tedtaotaohomegroup/sacsuburbs
