I took a trip to England, Wales and Scotland. I loved it , but it took a week for me to get comfortable with the jet lag and soon after it was time to go home. All I wanted to do was sleep. Next time I am going to get meds from my doctor. There is a medication called Modafinil..That is what I will try.
