Your final look looks beautiful. Now I know what we see on cameras/tvs might not look perfectly accurate. I think you suit that cool blue pink shirt you have on with your blonde hair. I know when I see women with your colouring, who suit those cool blue pink tones, a cooler toned bronzer looks amazing. I’m a light skinned brunette, 55, and I have a neutral to neutral/cool undertone and the cool pinks and browns are much better than the warm orange tones on me as well. I’d love to see you try it! I’m 45. It took me ages to figure out what works and I’m still testing and adjusting because what worked before I turned 40 no longer does. I eat big breakfast after I trained. I eat last time at 2 pm or 3 pm. But there are seven days in a month when I don’t intermittent fast. I’m never hungry because I eat way more healthy fats and way more protein. I drink 3l of water. I also had to test the amount of protein and when too high I get chunkier, not leaner. Many experts discourage cardio for women over 40 but when I started doing weights I was getting chunkier, so I train weights one week, and then I do 20 min HIIT the next week, and then back to weights. I exercise 5 days a week and walk every day between 7-10K steps. I appreciate if weighing works others but I ditched scales years ago and it was the best decision I have made fitness wise. I found weighing incredibly discouraging because my weight fluctuated a lot. I use my ‘slim’ pants as my measuring tool. I try them on every two weeks to wee where I’m at. Thanks for your talk. I am 61 and use LG Balance and Bake Powder with her Kabuki Brush which I think works out the best vs a regular powder brush.

I am new to LG and am loving playing with it and adding it to other products I use. I find that tapping into the areas of my face instead of gliding the brush across my face makes a more even palette It never feels like I am wearing makeup it is so light

Hi Theresa, I discovered the Londontown nail concealers about a year ago and it's all I really use now. The pink nail concealer is my favorite. Londontown often has 25% off sitewide sales on their website which is helpful. Those Wet N Wild frosty lip toppers are great too. I thought I was the only one who loved those because I never hear anyone talk about them! I love to put the lilac shade on top of many different lipsticks. You can change the whole look with it. Thank you for your honesty and bravery. I have found the same situation in my own case. I have had to lessen (hugely) my carbohydrate intake. By so doing, I have been able to finally lose much of the excess weight that was negatively impacting my health. Along with eating (to the best of my ability) "real" food (rather than ultra-processed), I am beginning to feel so much better and lighter. Again, thank you for posting.

Well done on your weight loss is not easy, you have lots so much weight and look amazing, I have only 5KG extra at the moment, and I have always been very slim and skinny on my 20's and 30's, I totally agree on all the recommendations specially the weighting yourself daily, I notice by weighting myself daily I know what foods make me put weight super quick, one weekend I had 3 slices of cake and put 2KG, Same for bread, fruit I can eat as much as I want and I don't put any weight, eating a night make sleep bad and put weight so I eat like you at 5-6 pm max, or stop at 4,

I’m a 54 yo Laura Geller convert! LG is a bit above my budget, but thanks to boxycharm, I’ve got 2 tubes of spackle (I even use one with a bit of shimmer and it doesn’t magnify texture, it truly blurs it) and the Think Pink palette. I usually dislike face palettes but the other options were even less appealing and LG is a brand I’ll be happy to try at that price point. Omg I’m obsessed. Mine came a bit damaged but I rescued 99% of the product, but I don’t carry it anywhere. It has its own special cushioned display/storage spot. The creams are just perfect for dry and less taut skin, oh my goodness, and those shades are fantastic. But that powder is my ❤❤❤…as a highlighter it is gorgeous and very easy to control shine level, but it is my actual perfect eyeshadow. I just have to slow down lol, not only does it fix looks quickly & beautifully, just schmears out any mistakes, but you can just apply it more thickly and cover up a lid that didn’t work out !

I’ve used the Bare Minerals for over 20 years,but I do use cream concealer around my eyes.

I’ve been to the salon sooo many times and would explain what I wanted and left with something totally different. I don’t want warm tones and they NEVER leave the toner on long enough (like 2 minutes at the most)), so I just did the Wella T18 and T11 and loved the results. I did the volume 20 toner this time for around 16 minutes. The purple shampoo was drying my hair out like a bone. Thanks for your videos. I’m also considering keto again so your channel is a great choice for me.

After applying the concealer to one side, I’m thinking save time and do nothing at all, because it doesn’t look like anything was done, from this side of the camera.

Bare Minerals side is much prettier but if you like the no makeup look just keep doing it. Your skin is great!

thank you for explaining how you do your hair. I told my beautician that I only wanted half as many highlights so more of my natural hair color could come through. My hair color and journey sounds very similar to yours.

I only use BareMinerals powders and Laura Gellar baked powders. I'm 31 but have very sensitive skin and creams and liquids break me out in hives and cystic acne. I've never had any issues with BareMinerals!

I agree that the powder side looks better. In fact, it looks great. I’ve always been a fan of powder, despite the fact it has gone out of favor the past few years. I think the right powder can give a beautiful finish to the skin without a lot of work.
