Great video. Fantastic views and love the fact your honest and kept the lying down of the bike in ,showing how easy it’s done . We have all done it or will do it at some point 😊👍🏼😜
Hi Wayne. thanks for watching and your comments. Indeed, dropping the bike is easily done, always happy to share things like that, its just part of becoming a better rider. Cheers Billy
Wow, what beautiful Pyrenees mountains and that lake was amazing! I was worried a bit when you rode through the slick mud, reminds me of when I dropped my bike back in April in the mountains of South West Arizona on a muddy and snowy trail. Thanks for sharing mate!
I was really hoping to be able to get around that muddy trail as on google it looked a brilliant route, however, it was just too slippery for a fully loaded GSA, even with really good off road tyres on. A really great trip! Thanks for watching. Cheers. Billy
So glad I stumbled across your channel loving the content which is so relevant to me with a trip in May 2024 down to Escala Spain and comming back via andora and the Pyrenees ... i will be riding my 1250gs and pretty sorted for gear etc ...but i am struggling on tyre choice any suggestions given touring is my bag...
Ah mate that trip of yours sounds awesome. I am sure it will not disappoint! When it comes to tyres for touring, longevity and grip are important as you know. When not riding on knobblies, i would usually go with Michelin Anakee. But there is a great selection out there. Enjoy your trip when you get there! Cheers. Billy
Great video. Loving the tour. It’s a bit hillier than Holland. Did you need the heated clothing?😊. Loved the route up to the dam wall. It looked epic.
Hey mate. Lots of hills in the high Pyrenees, great views. NO heated clothing required for this trip despite the snow and cold weather. Had summer leather water proof gloves on and hands never got that cold, heated grips did the job. A great end to a great trip. Cheers. Billy
overall it's a good vlog, Suggestion Please keep the music sound as low as possible while talking.
Thanks and will take your feedback on board! Cheers. Billy
Enjoyed that. did you do a day 6?
Cheers Paul and thanks for watching. We didn't unfortunately. A day was missed due to road closures. Planning another French trip this coming summer 👍
@@BillysBikeAdventures thanks for the answer. Maybe you will take the camera with you in 2024. I had planned to go to the Continent only my youngest daughter is getting married so funds will be a little light. I'll just wait until the festivities are over and count the pennies then.
Prefer it in 30+ degrees… 😂
Ha ha, then it would not be nearly as dramatic, but much warmer 😀
Were the views good!? 😂
Spectacular. Well worth the trip even in the snow!! Thanks for watching. Cheers. Billy
