Good advice as ever David, I always think of the metaphor of the cup full of rocks as well with this. When you break down tasks in this way, try to do the big and important things first (ie fill the cup with the big rocks first) so that you can easily finish off with the little rocks and sand (the smaller or less important tasks).
Is it lazy if I think making too many steps is also too much though? Like, where's the balance? Do I have to find that myself each time? I always have questions, not all super important, but questions!
