    I ordered an M3 because I am fascinated by the perspective offered by the bird's eye, and as a user of professional cameras like the D850 I was looking for a drone with good photographic equipment but, I was a little worried because other reviewers seemed to point out the lack of options regarding photography. You make my day, thanks to you I realized that with M3 I have everything I can ask for from a camera. Thank you.

    I appreciate this walkthrough! It's a bit confusing esp in the beginning, at least now I underestood how to tinker on my drone settings and experiment with the drone's controls! I'm slowly getting the feel of how potent the Mavic 3 is!

    I love your slow and easy delivery which makes it far easier to digest for us older folks. However, I do wish you would break your UA-cam front page into separate categories such as DaVinci Resolve, Mavic 3, etc. to make it easier to get to the Mavic 3 tutorials without having to sift through everything else.

    Thank you so much, not just great information, but the most useful I have seen anywhere, and I have been searching for this. My biggest decision yet though still hasn't been made, RC Pro or Tripltek 8. Neither is in stock at the moment so I have some time to ponder it... There are very good arguments for each, but we don't know yet what the end capabilities will be for the RC Pro. I do like the separate buttons for photo and video and the zoom wheel as I tend to forget to push a button to change the use before I mess up my video. This video forced me to subscribe, something I don't do often, please keep up the useful information, as others just brag about its capabilities, with little useful info. (Wait a few years and you will understand why things get confusing to some people...)

    Great video Kerry, I've only flown the Mavic Air 2, DJI fpv and I'm awaiting delivery of the Mavic 3 so I've only every used the DJI Fly app and always seen comments regarding the Go4 app and how it, supposedly, had so much more functionality than the Fly app and thought that maybe I was missing out, seems you've put that to bed.

      @@FilmmakerCentral I'm a normal landscape photographer. When it comes to drone photography I've been shooting 90m-120m altitude with camera facing down 30 to 40+- degrees and half of times camera facing straight down and always set aperture to f4 only because I was told by many that's the optimal and sharpest. If I want all of my image to be in focus and sharp as possible does bumping aperture from f4 to f8 make any difference in depth of field?

    But if you want to record footage in D-Log, you can only chose ISO 400, 800 or Auto. You can’t chose 1600, 3200 or 6400 manually, and that’s just stupid….

    • @FilmmakerCentral
      @FilmmakerCentral  2 роки тому

      That is not unheard of on other cameras either, their LOG settings are restricted to their native ISOs. LOG in low-light is usually not a good option.

    •  2 роки тому

      @@FilmmakerCentral Yeah, log is limited below the base ISO, but I’ve never used a camera where you can’t chose higher ISO values with log. You can even do this on the Mavic 2,m.

      Maybe its something they will change, but it's not something that bothers me as I am not going to use LOG in low-light conditions.

    •  2 роки тому

      @@FilmmakerCentral I really hope they add it. I film a lot for industrial clients, and I need to shoot log whatever the time of day or night it is, to keep the workflow in post consistent.
