- CRAZY NIGHTLIFE in Xi`An, China - We set out to explore Xi`an at night and it was something we did not expect. You won't believe the variety of food on offer in Xi`an China and we just had to try all their famous food.
The nightlife in Xi`an, China was nothing short of amazing as it far exceeded our expectations with so much to see and do. The neon lights danced across the cityscape, transforming Xi'an into a dazzling spectacle.

17:24 Those are the bottom two lines on the ground. The middle two are the openimg also from the same poem, written by 王维( Wei Wang), named《山居秋暝》（Autumn Evening in the Mountain Dwelling): 空山新雨后，天气晚来秋, means that After the rain in the empty mountain, the weather announces the arrival of late autumn.
This belongs to the freedom of China people, and they can walk freely in the street in the early hours of the morning and pay attention to playing.

大唐不夜城,The Great Tang All Day Mall is a bustling pedestrian street near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but I prefer to regard it as a nickname for Xi'an. The name itself indicates how bustling Xi'an has been since the Tang Dynasty.

The jello thing I believe called 凉粉 made of mung bean powder and Pea Starch with the gluten being removed. The menu says 炒涼粉 means stir fried 涼粉。
