Absolutely out of this world ….. the Nickolas brothers remind me that we human beings are capable of anything and….everything! They are phenomenal ! I’ve never seen anyone do the moves they do, and with such grace and elegance! I AM inspired beyond words!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He says he took influence from these two and you can really see Astaire while watching these two. He learned from the masters. These guys are tremendous.
@@classycassi20 Well, Fred was a couple of decades older than the guys, so he was already doing plenty before they came along. He was a star on Broadway in the 20s while they were still kids. Also, their style of dance combined tap with acrobatics, and that was never really Fred's thing. The Wikipedia article on Fred says he and his sister toured in vaudeville with Bill Bojangles Robinson and that Fred was influenced by his tap routines, and those of Bubbles from Buck and Bubbles....that might be who you're thinking of. Fred did say that the Nicholas Brother's number "Jump and Jive" was the greatest dance number ever filmed.
This is incredible but everytime people watch videos of great dancers they discredit michael jackson . MJ didn't invent dancing, and his fans don't think he was the only great dancer there ever was. The nicholas brothers were beyond phenomenal they were gods of the dancefloor , but so was MJ and James Brown and Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly and Sammy Davis Jr. and Bojangles. There are SO many legendary dancers. People shouldn't try to consider anyone THE greatest. They're all special.
@Goka Gola Yes Sir. And some things never change. White women have been intrigued by black Men for a very long time. Ironically the white men have been equally intrigued by the black Women. Go figure.

Absolute masters! I had to pick my jaw off the floor! I am overwhelmed!
These men were entirely self-taught. Purely amazing dance talent.

I think this is their best performance and the top of tap dancing historically.
These guys are superhuman. Ive seen it but what they've done just doesn't seem possible.
Outstanding! Great Performance!
Wow!!
Can't believe this really happened. Gravity, you took a hell of a beating. Nicholas Brothers 7 Isaac Newton 0.
Several hip replacements
Wow, they made Fred Astaire look as if he had two left feet.
Well the people who invented the dance are bound to do it best lol
Smiffy83 and that’s not an easy thing to do
Check out "Stormy Weather" a Lena Horne musical it one of there best routines.

Did you know that Harold can speak 5 languages, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Hebrew.
That's why you have 5 likes dumbass
Adorable!!Marvelous!!!😍
It's like that song by Billy Joel..."We didn't start the fire"... this shit's been going on for a long time!
That part at 2:28 where Harold does a somersault and lands in a split is one of the most amazing feats I've ever seen.
A Signature move both did.
And comes up with a smile on his face.
What Talent. I Love 💘 it

I think the sheer athleticism of what they do sets them apart from everyone else.
WELL, ACTUALLY JAMES BROWN WAS NEVER CONSIDERED A DANCER, HE JUST HAD A TRADEMARK MOVES WITH A SPLIT, NOT A DANCER PER SAY
It's more of a groover !
Not even close.
FAN- TA-STI-CI
How they do it, so slippery.. i guess would be the word
GOOD
So you think you can dance?
Yeah (reply in the next 6 years)
@.08 is he doing what was later called the robot??? Wow!
lil bruh was the head dancer
I thought Fayard was on this one 🤔..now in Stormy Weather it was Harold hands down
when Argentina was a LIGHTHOUSE, and the world was plunged into a world war
2:39 that one in that pink dress thing can't sit still in her chair. She moving around and shit. Been wanting that Mandigo for years.

@Goka Gola As A Psychologist I know exactly what you mean and body language speaks louder than verbal. Often it's very subtle but its there.

I need proof they were human lol
Michael Joseph Jackson could not touch this!
It wasn’t so much tap, as their own unique style.
