I keep my phone in a waterproof pouch around my neck like a necklace. I also hold it tightly while it's in there and around my neck. I don't just hold the phone itself.

You need to be careful and hold onto your phone all times and be buckled if your on a ride or put your phone in your hoodie pocket if you have a hoodie on if you have pockets in your pants put your phone in the front pocket,
