Re "Sorai" in the description-it's not a made-up word. It's a season-word for autumn in haiku poetry. It refers to a wind that blows among the multi-colored leaves at this time of year. Probably Nemophila considered it as a band-name because they started their band activities in the autumn according to the traditional calendar.
So I guess those who are not familiar with those poetry doesn't really know that word because I asked 3 generations of Japanese, ossan in the 50s., office worker in the 30s y.o and university student in the 20s... all didn't know about the exact meaning but based on your explanation, the office worker got the correct definition. Thanks for the explanation and yes it does make sense of the band name picked up by mayu.
Sorry I mean the 50s because maybe the poetry is as old as he is 😂 ...the office worker guess 'fast lightning' and the student guess 'another level of awesomeness' so yes its not a common word according to them ...and confusing according to me before your explanation at least hehe.
@@OvDevilz The word is especially appropriate for a band because it has the nuance of a refreshing breeze making a pleasant sound blowing through the leaves. The lyrics by Mayu are quite nice, a fine literary effort by her, probably the most literary of Nemophila's song lyrics.
One of my favorite things about this track is the hand sweeps SAKI and HAZUKI do during their guitar breakdown. By all accounts SORAI is hugely significant to NEMOPHILA
One of the most charming smiles behind a drum kit, backed by some crazy skills and tons of talent. 🔥🤘🏻 Tamu is rightly one of the most popular and appreciated drummers from Japan. _____________________ _"Sometimes we laugh because we're sad or to hide our frustration"_ - from *Gacharic Spin* -「 I Wish I 」 🎶✨
