Love it, awesome choice! I clicked this because I don’t see too many Oxide Grey M340is! I have it in the same colour (vis, comfort and tech packs) and it’s quite dynamic: can look almost chrome-like when it’s really sunny. Also, the cerium grey border on the kidney grille more or less perfectly matches the paint which was a plus for me.
Hi, i've spoke to you before when you had your white G20. I'm on my second M340i nw. I had a pre LCI before and now and LCI Touring. Eibach springs and spacer transform the handling. Also either bimmercode/zed coding the exhaust flap control. You can have the flaps open in comfort and it sounds awesome all the time. Especially cold starts.
Ah yes I remember! Yes I had the G20 at the time when it was first launched. I absolutely loved it. I had the eibach springs and spacers on that car and it looked really great. Will do something with this also……I have ZedCoding already set to look into this M340i. The LCI 2 is most likely gonna be next when I come to change this.currently out my budget as it’s roughly £10k more than this for an earlier LCI 1 with high miles.
@ don’t bother with the LCI2 they lose a lot extras over the LCI. I don’t think there will be many decent spec LCI2 cars as way more expensive for less. Buy yourself BimmerCode and a dongle. You can do all the coding yourself. Dead easy.
Hahaha no way! Yes I was sat in Coventry Sytner looking at another one (I wasn’t keen on) when this hit the stock. I was all over it. Tamworth did advertise it afterwards with no pics. There was another Oxide grey one with same colour spec etc that came up in the Sytner group….was that the one you bought? Message me on instagram @k4byx if you’re on there!
I've got the same car and colour! The colour looks amazing when the sun is out, especially when the sun is low in the sky - becomes very golden and there is no colour like it! Enjoy it
2 things, questions..? 1. This car is a pre LCi, same as my own, when did the mild hybrid system come, my 2020 does not have it? Honestly I am glad for that but a whole different discussion, mostly curious. I am still learning too but it's a standard TU surely, must be too early for a TU2 or did they arrive that early, feels like I just read about them coming??? Either way, this is not a street racer, somehow people seems to forget, it's a very nice place to be indeed. I could not believe how quiet and comfy this car is compared to my old F30, just nice and day and so much easier to live with for those of us who can have only 1 car.
Yep, the M lites are good if you want to go fast in a straight line. But once you get a taste of the full M experience there's no going back... Plus the S55 loves to rev out to redline much more than the B58
@andrejnaumovski8622 yes the S55 is revs more cleanly to its redline even for a twin turbo forced induction motor. I guess BMW have nailed the M-Lites for daily drivable use. I’ll be soon doing an in depth review of the m340i vs my M4 F82.

Thanks, more content will come soon. Just working on my mental health at the moment

Couldn't agree more! Absolutely was admiring the colour this evening - all 50 shades of grey lol
Mate I absolutely love this car! The colour is incredible!
Thank mate. In person it’s even striking. With a bit of styling updates it will look great - some parts already arrived. So will do that soon

Ive got the g42 m240i pro pack. Similar performance. I’ve added eibachs, eventuri intake and a remus axle back. It’s now perfect.
Ah nice set up that, I was out in a G42 a few months back and did a vid on that. The engine is really sweet. Glad to have a B58 back in my life haha
Mashallah very nice car wish you the best and good health bro, spoke to you before im from halifax
Jzk bro. I’m just trying to recall, Halifax?
@DownShiftThrottle I got your number from instagram and messaged you and got some info from you my names muzzammil
Lovely colour, enjoy
Thanks mate. Yes I agree it’s a nice colour 👌
Gotta do a review comparing it to your m140i as both are B58 and also compared to your M4 as its an M Lite and not full M
Will do a comparison with my M4 as I still have that car. It’s definitely got the legs on the M140i.
Cant get myself to go M340 after a F82. The F82 loves corners.. M240 and M340..not.
Have both if you can lol 😝

What's the best way of getting more noise on the inside in these?
