... why , at 71 , does this song still make me want to kick ass ... ?
THIS man is a LEGEND. One of a kind.
agreed!!!
I agree I was just a teenager when I first heard him and I'm 59 now and I'm still jamming with him
I'll say. I heard he just had a baby. I don't know how long he was in labor but it must have hurt like hell. 😬
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
YES
When I was about 10 years old, his albums were on my Christmas wish list! I can't believe my parents, who were older than most of my other friend's parents, bought me all that was available! I was thrilled and felt so cool.
Haha yeah I got Marilyn Manson for Christmas when I was like 13 or 14. I was surprised they got that for me. Not something I would ask for these days. Was never a big Manson fan but I was on the bandwagon. He was popular at the time so I asked for it. Kids trying to fit in I guess.
Parents are cool GOOD for you
Melonee Murray, having older parents, who, at the time, had no clue worked in your favor. Kudos to you! 👏🏼 In my opinion, parents probably thought Alice Cooper was some ugly woman who had an ugly voice.
Same here.
I'm in Bakersfield, CA. I grew up in Lancaster, CA.
"Let me guess, we're not in 1955 anymore."
"Nope"
[RADIO STATIC CRACKS]
"Then.. when are we?"
"We're trying to figure that out."
Looks like we figured it out
thats exactly the reason i found this song too ;)
Then they have W. T. F expression
Yeaahhh
@@imrongamidli5190 Only Deke and Sousa lmao
Alice, Is not only an amazing musician, He’s also a amazing golfer!
Great short game by all accounts, Chuck, if Glenn Campbell (RIP sir, Respec) is to be believed. Close Golf buddies.
Alice Cooper, Now there's you a dose of some old school rock and roll.
Plus he's got a great personality. He DJs for kslx in Arizona weeknights and he is one funny Mother f*****! Also obviously knows an incredible amount of rock trivia and stories from his personal days in the scene. He's now quite involved with his church and really seemed to be enjoying life. Let's all give a shout out to Alice today.
Looks like a little studdly. 😏😏
Alice makes me feel so happy whenever I watch/listen to him. I hope he lives forever. xxxx
He will live forever of its true he's a born again Christian
Okay 👍 👌 🙆♂️ 🆗️ 👍 👌 🙆♂️ 🆗️ 👍
I didn't know this was his song. Ima have to do some research, see how many I may like and didn't know.
Same!!❤
This song is SO hooky.
Ive been hearing it for decades and it still hooks me.
That pre-chorus groove infectious.
Verses and bridge are so " normal".
This music will always remind me of my brothers. They blared Alice, AC/DC, Bob Segar, all of the greats when I was a kid. Forever grateful for my rock education ❤
Alice Cooper the king of schlock rock, and a thouroughly nice guy to boot.
you're contradicting the song bro
What's "schlock rock?" Is it the same as Classic Rock?
Meant Shock Rock
Technically, they called Alice "Theatrical Rock" because all of his early shows were like watching a bizarre kind of movie. I saw both Billion Dollar Babies and Welcome to my Nightmare tours and they were like nothing you see anymore. Hard charging rock, and great entertainment. He is one of my all time favourites.
fell in love with the coop in 1971, as a 7 year old I had good taste in music even then! His shows are the best ever. He puts his heart and soul into giving the audience their moneys worth which is something some of the artists these days need to learn a lesson in...sorry, sound like an old biddy, grump over....lol my first concert was flush the fashion
On the Mount Rushmore of Rock-n-Roll Performance Artists.
Great song! Loved it in '73 when I first heard it on "Billion Dollar Babies" and still it. Love Alice Cooper! A great rock 'n' roll showman and singer-songwriter!
Holy crap!!!! I had to look it up.....hard to believe I'm THAT old that I forgot LOL
Grad of 1973 and my favorite off this album!
Muscle of Love album 1974!
This was when rock was real rock music! What a classic!
Sam Smith is killing music
One of the best rock tunes ever!
ALICE COOPER - listening to him from the age of 12 and loving his music brought me here
My neighbors love this song so much they throw a brick through my window so they can hear it better.
lol 😃
BLoooDYSaBBaTH haha

+Ylva 0,0 Buahaha You made my day
+Ylva 0,0 best coment ever
its sad this generation is passing away, I hope these artists from the 70s get passed on to the younger kids😢
My big brother had all his Albums in the 70s and we used to rock out on Alice every day!.
Being a fan of metal/hard rock brought me here. I was the weird kid in a small South Georgia country town that listened to this growing up. I still love it today
Alice has always been Mr Nice Guy.
I know it.
Yeah, in the most possible baddest way ever for his, stereotype!
glad he gave up on alcohol, this is funny my friend dressed up as alice on halloween
Not anymore!!!
he in my opinion wrote the best ballards
I remember this song back in 73 it was my favourite at 6 years old

Classic & timeless. Brings me back to the 70's & helps me daydream.

Honestly you take a look at the things people like Miley Cyrus do on stage and you think, people actually thought Alice Cooper was corrupting the youth of america
Rory Stephenson-Eves Fuck. Miley. Cyrus.
+Colin MacKinnon hahaha
+Colin MacKinnon no!!!!! we might get something that not even bleach and fire can't get rid of
ricky hunt Most likely. lol
Lmao
Not heard much of these guys since 60/70. Wow still amazing. 🤩🤩🤩
Really liked Alice and saw the band at least three times in the 70's. My dad didn't approve at all, but let me go with friends. A lot of people went around singing "School's Out FOREVER" in my high school as loud as they could. Great times and memories.
Hello, how are you doing today? Nice meeting you here.
Lucky u
My parents always listened to Alice, great entertainment and music, I grew up on this. People beat him up over his theatrics. Too bad about the chicken, but, things happen every day. Maybe he fed a family with it?! He seems humble, yes Mr. Nice guy!!
I named my Wifi: No More Mister WiFi
Clever
Great idеа!!!
That's awesome!
I love it
That's cool & all but tell us the password now
I'm feeling this today! Tired of being screwed...means I'm caring about the wrong people...no more Mrs. Nice Gal!

Yeah
We all have a ghost dancing with us when we listen to this
Met him in Scottsdale
Fancy car dealership
Told him he was a rock God
Said thanks Man
Really chill down to earth Guy
So Cool
He and Neil Young and the Pet Shop Boys and iggy pop were the best of 300 shows i saw.
Then there would be brand new Jane's Addiction, siouxsie and the Banshees, midnight oil and so many unknowns .

My martial arts teacher, the man o viewed as a father, got me here. His tradition: cooper before a fight
I'm 58 so obviously I grew up in the 70 s but only became a fan of his about 20 years ago . Better late than never . He s an outstanding individual !!!!
Absolutely classic bad-ass rock. So glad Alice was FINALLY inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame.
another great performance by one of the all-time greats in rock music that still perform to this very day. you may sound worse now that you're past your prime Alice but your music will never get dull.
How you know he's past his prime? Only he knows that and I heard him say he's going to steam some carpets the other nite. Sounds like a young stallion to me.
🤩 FR
@@TheodoreHuckstable-lb1uy Alice Cooper was one of the Rock Musicians that were reinventing the wheel of Rock Music in the 70's and 80's so if he was young then he may as well be past his prime now.
always love Alice and his great voice!!!
when you play every album both sides and no all the words , poets of the time.

Best concert I've ever seen. Freakin' Alice.
Me too.......he's a real pro. great shows.
Saw him a few years ago in Hollywood Vampires. He's still rocking as hard as ever despite being 70+ years old.

One of the best singers of all time, it is a miracle he is still alive after so many years of hard drinking.
like so many of us in the 70's. you had to be there.
I was born in 78 so I missed all the fun, LOL.@@blackdogfive
He's still alive because he quit drinking forty years ago.

A timeless classic who are there cannot relate to a song like this the lyrics are phenomenal this song inspires you and makes you appreciate music like this that will be around for generation after generation they definitely don't make em like this anymore what a damm shame!!!!

Best song ever!!!
A rock 'n' roll classic
Can't wait to see ya next month on the 22nd in Tucson my first time can't wait I love you Alice
Back to my adolescence
Alice Cooper never gets old 👍
I saw him 3 times in the 70s best concert I've ever been to, live he's sounds we're just like the record and his songs were well written. The old conservatives did everything they could to keep him out of their states or stop him. Young America wasn't having anything to do with that crazy shit!! We won!!
I think I saw him in Seattle, memories have faded.
Being a Metal Head brought me here.. Not a film, or tv show. Just me being me. Who else is a true Metal Head?
me brother! make rock,not war!
If you some real metal listen to sleeping with sirens or Pierce the veil
this song isn't metal though...
Wolf Moon Pictures i see you're also a megadeth fan
Psycho Circus im a metal head but this song is very much rock n roll imo
Alice is awesome.
Best post-breakup song ever.
great song !
Alice for President!!!!
My first concert ever was in 1975 at Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City, New Jersey. I turned 13 that year. It was James Gang, Leslie West and Mountain, Johnny Winter and Rick Derringer together and the headliner was Alice Cooper. I was such an Alice Cooper fan and he seemed like a god to me at the time. Believe it or not that whole concert was 8 dollars. It was the “Welcome to my Nightmare” tour and I never forget when he sang in front of a movie screen of a graveyard with his tombstone all lit up with neon lights. He turned around and looked at it then ran right through the screen and instantly appeared in the movie of the graveyard. It was so perfectly timed it appeared he jumped into the movie. I honestly believe there was more weed smoked that day than at any concert today. If you read this Alice I was good friends with Amy in High School. I know you made friends with her to some degree She had a radio show in Arizona some years ago. Man its amazing how much time has passed. Just know I am not worthy but still love you to death.
There kids this classic play forever
