Still using my Note 9!! I haven't been convinced to upgrade yet, apart from the cameras of course. Now my banking app tells me that it won't run on Android 10 anymore, so I might have to upgrade finally. I firmly believe that this is one of the most complete phones ever ever made. After the note 9, Samsung started taking out features from their notes.
Get a custom ROM on it, pretty sure you can find something with android 11 with ease. also why would your bank app not work on android 10? Lots of devices still use it. Especially the more budget ones
@@aasd_rblx I have no idea why. it randomly started showing up notifications that it will stop working for devices of android 10 and lower from next year onwards. I am hesitant to go through with custom roms precisely because I am not sure if unlocked bootloader will interfere with such apps. Probably it is time to upgrade though...
My Nova 3i was a tank, when I replaced it with the Mate 40, I loved the camera upgrade but needed a reliable phone with Google, so I. picked up the P20 Pro. Great phone, even spent money on official service center repair to bring it up to spec.
Still using Huawei Mate 20 Pro. It has sharp display and screen size is perfect. Camera is good, fast and easy zoom. Phone is little bit over 6 years old and battery is still in good shape.
I remember this beast in 2018. I actually planned to get one via my carrier, but they supposedly didn't have stock and offered me a Galaxy S8+ (a device that actually pushed me away from Samsung phones for a few years because of how janky it was). Great times. Such a shame the US government and companies prefer protectionism over competition and innovation.
Im still using my huawei nova 5t till this day its now 5 years old. No issues, dropped it countless of times no physical damage. If they didn't banned google services, I will be still using huawei devices very satisfied.
Still using Huawei Nova 2i today which is around 7 years old and was my last gifted phone with dad still living so haven't let it go. Planning to go into Oneplus soon.
I always prefered the non pro version for retaining the headphoen jack. As well as the smaller waterdrop notch. Really wish it kept the oled screen though.
I seriously hope you do more content like this on your own channel. IMHO these revisits of older flagships need to be done more by the bigger channels yet we NEVER seem to get them off new flagships 😢 I can't wait to see you do older pixel content also. Thanks 🙏🏻
Samsung had already lost when the Galaxy S6 was launched.. REMOVABLE BATTERY is basically what keeps us NOT consider upgrading.. unless they do some magic softwares to slow our phones down over times..
My sister still uses a Huawei Mate 20 Pro. That says a lot about how good it was
absolute beast of a phone - loved it and was gutted when Huawei got banned. The Oppo Find X2 Pro felt such a downgrade when I "upgraded" my contract!

I actually bought it thrice in all 3 colors, amazing device it was in its time.

I miss the old Huawei. 😢
I owned Huawei Nova 3i way back 2018 it really gave me a great experience and a really great memories. 😢😢

The black one with the red power button is one of the cooler looking modern smartphones ever

I also am still using the Mate 20 Pro. EMUI 12 does effect the battery performance slightly, if you use animated skins.

The oneplus is just an Oppo now. I've got a 10 Pro and im telling by experience. Go for a Nothing Phone

I remember choosing the note 9 over this and every time I'd think maybe I should've just taken the mate 20 pro

Why is everyone talking about this phone all of a sudden in 2024? Paid by Huawei?
Yep £1 million in my account.
What case have you got on your fold there?
This one: amzn.to/48Gpr1H
Damien, the Note 9 batteries are cheap and super easy to replace. You should give it a shot

Ryan 🤝 Damien 😅
Ha ha is this the one you loaned to me all those years ago? This phone was a belter 💪
It's my best phone ever, had oneplus 10 pro, 11 and now the Pixel 9 pro xl.
None of those have topped the Mate 20 pro for me.
Sony also had some seriously nice phones.
Amazing device truly
iPhone is the best
Which iPhone?
US did that intentionally because they couldn't see apple being behind

Huawei made some banger hardware ngl
