It's likely that your pup will eat something unsafe eventually, so it's best if you know how to make a dog throw up, just in case. All you need for this process is:

Making your dog vomit isn't always going to be the recommended answer. For example, if your dog swallowed a solid item it may cause him to choke if you bring it back up. Likewise, if your dog has ingested something acidic it could do more damage to his throat if he throws it up. If the issue is more serious, you may be directed to take your dog to seek emergency medical care.
"Three teaspoons equals 1 tablespoon. So, if your dog weighs more than 45 pounds, you should only give him three tablespoons of peroxide. Giving anymore than this at one time could make his stomach rupture, so it's CRUCIAL that you follow these dosage instructions."

Yeah, when my dog was about 5 months old or so... ( she’s almost 2 years ) I fed her grapes as a treat like- everyday for a week... then I read... that they were poisons to dogs! But, I did read some dogs don’t get affected by grapes. She also wasn’t puking then. 😅

I love you so much for uploading this video. My dog ate a used sanitary napkin from garbage and we panicked to death because of the lock down and all Vet had closed for the day, we were left with no choice but to wait. But we saw this video and bought the peroxide from pharmacy and we gave 3 tablespoons to our lab. He vomited after 25 minutes. Initially, we also thought it would not work since 15 minutes had passed after we gave him the dosage but it worked!!! It probably took such a long time because we gave the dosage after 20 minutes of consumption of the napkin, so probably it took longer. But he is out of danger and we were never more happy than we are now. I seriously thank you a lot, you not only saved our dog but us also. :)

Beautiful German shepherd got into garbage bag and ate the plastic absorb pads that are used in meat packages, didnt see her eat it, but noticed it was missing, happened to have a limited supply of peroxide, she weighs over 130lbs, only had about 2 tablespoons left in bottle! also had a old syringe for use with topical medication, washed it out and injected in the back of throat! took about 10 minutes max, took her outside and she wanted to play, all of sudden she stops and up came dinner and those pads! once again i am so very thankful, tears of joy!

Thank you for posting this! You helped me save my dog. My 34 lb corgi managed to eat 19 oz of Abuelita tablets when I was gone for 4 hours. We gave him 4 tsp of 3% hyrdrogen peroxide because that is all we had in the house. 35 minutes later he threw up brown liquid, then drank a lot of water, 10 minutes later threw up double the earlier amount including abuelita chunks and his lunch. He was lethargic the next day and was given activated charcoal. He was constipated for a bit but 2 more days has passed and it’s like the whole ordeal never even happened! THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this! Our puppy somehow got a hold of our senior dog’s(RIP) joint pills and ate about half a bottle. Vet is closed and we weren’t sure he’d ate them. The solution totally worked! He puked then out.

Wow. You are incredibly lucky. A battery for animal or human can prove to be fatal if not remove within 2 hours maximum. It burns a hole thorough the esophagus and the upper digestive track. So glad you had a happy ending 🙏
OMG. I cannot thank you enough!! My little Yorkie ate a plastic liverwurst wrapper tonight and I just panicked. I called an emergency vet line and was told we should bring him in to induce vomiting. One grape won't hurt most dogs, but you did the right thing by not taking any chances and getting it out if you thought it might hurt your dog.
My little 20 pound Boston Terrier once ate 3 grapes before and didn't have an issue. Forcing one to throw up after 1 grape seems a bit extreme.

Omg! My husky uses to eat whatever she finds when she’s bored 😐 and today she found a pouch of ground coffee! My senior Cocker Mix got into a 10 oz bag of peanut M&Ms and ate most of it I called his vet they stated he ate right around the threshold and I could induce vomitting at or bring him in, opted to try at home and this video came in clutch. Gave him the recommeded dose for his body weight. He threw up within 5 minutes and again 40 minutes later and that time I think majority if not all of it came out. I called the vet they said to keep on eye on him for the next 12 hours but he should be out of the woods. This video is short and helpful!

Here to confirm that this works! My dog is 25 pounds and I was going to give 5 teaspoons but it only took 4 teaspoons (minus some spillage and spit outs) to get her to vomit out the one grape she ate. Our dog swallowed a plastic bag filled with cheese last night. One of the larger plastic see through sandwich bags. We had no idea what to do. @@josephberg4746 Dark chocolate should be avoided since it can have over 10 times the theobromine content of milk chocolate. Baker's chocolate is by far the most dangerous containing around twice as much theobromine as dark chocolate.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. My dog got into gum and this worked so fast and she is happy and jumping around, although I feel like I just abused my poor baby. I used a lower dose (as she is between 2 dose sizes) and it worked.
My experience: feeding my dog with watering porridge and cooked lamb pieces, making him full, then took him out for driving and with a lot of winding on road, he vomited everything out shortly. That happened a few times when I was in rush wanting to go somewhere after feeding him. Hope that helps.

@@GoldCoast85 Sugar free gum typically contains a sugar substitute called xylitol, which is *extremely* toxic to dogs. My dog had ingested it, so I had to make him vomit. He’s still alive and well today.
