About Lost in Space: The Robinson family was supposed to set off on a five-year mission to explore a distant planet, but an act of sabotage by the scheming Dr. Zachary Smith -- who managed to get himself trapped aboard the spaceship -- leaves them adrift in space for three years. The Robinsons, pilot Don West, Dr. Smith and their trusty robot move from planet to planet, always searching for a way to return to Earth.

Judy, Penny and Will sure learned a hard lesson in greed from fighting amongst themselves over the thought machine. It went right along with a good stearn fatherly talk from John. But then Dr. Smith was the one who abused it the most and didn't want to return it to the Alien that owns it.
Dr. Smith persistent with causing disaster. Classic. Arguments between Don and Dr. Smith characters were so realistic. This is a great episode. The Alien ship remains set was earie looking and the first appearance of the Alien was a superb scarry shot.👍✨✨💫🇭🇲🦘🐨
Dr. Smith: If I had the intelligence of a goose, I'd still be a genius compared to you!
Don: Yeah, well, all that brainpower you're always talking about - it must be well-hidden because nobody ever notices it except yourself!
Good old Dr. Smith that seems to go from causing one disaster after another.
This was the genius of the original - as opposed to the many reboots - Camp and the shoddy special effects. ... Why can't current producers understand that if you over-CGI something you DICTATE a fantasy to viewers, solely as OBSERVERS; whereas if you allow for some flaws you in turn allow the child in all of us to fill in the gaps with our own fantasies and thus feel as PARTICIPANTS!.
AS FOR SMITH, I SAY, AS I HAVE ALREADY SAID ELSEWHERE, CAN YOU SAY: "FREEZING TUBE"????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND TOGETHER WITH THE COMMENT BELOW, I SAY: R.I.P. MARK GODDARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN MEMORIAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For Will to be so intelligent, he sure is stupid. Smith had none, O , null good qualities. What is he looking at? And Don? Why would you give a screw up a task of handling anything that has the word DANGER to it? Loved the show but it sure was a frustrating show with the way used Dr. Smith
