A brilliant cover of one of the "punkiest" songs ever. This sentiment literally saved my life growing up in a small town in the middle of nowhere in the seventies.
I was born in late 70's as I was growing in the 80 s era and I'm so grateful that I had a chance to hear all those great bands.

I have heard countless guys in pubs with MUCH better voices. He doesn't even come close to the original.
So glad to see MM again after all these years. Hanoi Rocks were one of my fave glam bands back in the day. They just vanished.
Great to hear the old classics being rejuvenated with a fresh voice , guitar , drumming ...each part changes with each musicians input...making it unique.

Nice but I miss the original bass line, that was the best bit for me back in 77
Always difficult to judge covers when one (i.e. me) remembers the original with such affection. OK, it's a decent enough cover but doesn't really add (or detract) from the original. Funny cos' the original artists (Eddie and the Hot Rods) also did covers and somehow they did bring something new to songs like "Get out of Denver" & Gloria.
The singer is working so hard. The musicians seem to think it's a dirge.
Just don't like looking at him. Yucky.

Well.....it sure isn't Eddie and The Hot Rods. They were outstanding when I saw them circa '79. These fellows need to update their wardrobe and try not to embarrass the song.

I'm mostly unaware of Hanoi Rocks output and/or Michael Munro's subsequent solo output but this is a terribly bland version of an all time classic song that no one can improve on, ever. It sounds like the Rembrandts and that's not a good thing if you know what I'm implying.
