I like how tails' diet of eating humans (or humans and mobians? In the fight or flight cover I presume he was planning to eat sonic) altered his body, but had kept his voice the same. I just imagine starved tails saying extremely menacing things with the cutests voice.
I know that before this there was a fight or flight of this tails and sonic and the creator's lore of it was that Tails was getting tired of Eggman messing with them so he made a plan and went to Eggman's lair and accidently killed him but was curious and tried to eat him and then rubbed Eggman's blood and rubbed it all over him (which is why he is red). That's the lore if I remembered correctly.

If this had context it would probably go something like this, tails and sonic has noticed that eggman has been killing more mobians recently, including a close friend of tails causing him to go mad. Meanwhile tails doll was minding its own business then saw some blueprints eggman left out. Out of curiosity it’s look at them and saw that eggman was going to eventually going to replace tails doll and metal sonic. Tails doll knows that eggman is stronger then it so tails doll goes to find help, and sees tails going mad, changing rapidly towards its. Though tails does stop noticing that it’s expression is unchanged. He asks why it’s here causing tails doll to explain the situation ending with tails agreeing to work together and go after eggman.

Honestly I had a thought Eggman could be driving that egg drill he uses when he first fights sonic to drive down Stardust Speedway, but when Tails catches up to him, he could discard it and fly with his main vehicle

i think i can say the story : it go like this, tails one day decide to go to tokyo, he ate some egg and loved the taste of it, one day, he found a dead human in a ruel, his animal instinct take the control and he decide to ate him, he loved the taste as much as the egg, and then, he get a revelation, his opponant, eggman is an human that sort of fussionned with an egg once giving him an egg shaped head, he decide to go back to mobius and create a machine that control a robot of choice, he decide to use it on tails doll, and then, the chase begin note : eggman did had both egg and human taste like tails anticipated, this also happen not so long after sonic adventure three, where cream the rabbit IS a thing (good thing he didn't find a dead rabbit, cream would be in for a bad time, being eaten by one of his friends)
if you had taken the machine that Eggman uses in the first boss of Sonic 2, it would have matched a lot with this theme, but it was amazing just the same

If this had context it would probably go something like this, tails and sonic has noticed that eggman has been killing more mobians recently, including a close friend of tails causing him to go mad. Meanwhile tails doll was minding its own business then saw some blueprints eggman left out. Out of curiosity it’s look at them and saw that eggman was going to eventually going to replace tails doll and metal sonic. Tails doll knows that eggman is stronger then it so tails doll goes to find help, and sees tails going mad, changing rapidly towards its. Though tails does stop noticing that it’s expression is unchanged. He asks why it’s here causing tails doll to explain the situation ending with tails agreeing to work together and go after eggman.
My idea was just its a different univrse

Honestly I had a thought
Eggman could be driving that egg drill he uses when he first fights sonic to drive down Stardust Speedway, but when Tails catches up to him, he could discard it and fly with his main vehicle
This sounded really good, I like how sonic isn't there as he probably wouldn't agree with the whole tails eating humans idea, it would be interesting to see Sonic VS tails in flight or fight

i think i can say the story :
it go like this, tails one day decide to go to tokyo, he ate some egg and loved the taste of it, one day, he found a dead human in a ruel, his animal instinct take the control and he decide to ate him, he loved the taste as much as the egg, and then, he get a revelation, his opponant, eggman is an human that sort of fussionned with an egg once giving him an egg shaped head, he decide to go back to mobius and create a machine that control a robot of choice, he decide to use it on tails doll, and then, the chase begin
note : eggman did had both egg and human taste like tails anticipated, this also happen not so long after sonic adventure three, where cream the rabbit IS a thing (good thing he didn't find a dead rabbit, cream would be in for a bad time, being eaten by one of his friends)

Small little goofy change, Robotnik should be running on foot cuz of the fact he OUTRAN SONIC IN SONIC 2 (the fact that happened still amazes to this day) besides that this is perfect
if you made fight or flight.. Following this it'd be Starved Tails vs Metal Sonic. Metal being the most powerful machine Eggman has created he would be the one least likely to get reprogrammed by Tails. So it'd be a Dead Robotnik on the ground and its Starved Tails vs Metal Sonic.
