Hello Anna What about practising some "shinrin yoku" after the exams, a Japanese way of relaxation, known with us as "bathing in the forest": Observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way. I have my MCQ exam left and oh my it is so scary to almost be finished with first year!!! You are doing amazing keep going! Also definitely a shoes off at the library person! Just restricted in my shoes. I do not know how to explain it
I’m a shoes off when at my laptop, but I’m training to be a dental nurse and one of the dentist in my practise always takes his shoes off 🙈 not the best though when we work with so many sharp objects 😕
hey have you checked out Odysee? It's an alternative to UA-cam and I believe when more people switch or post cross platform (you can synch your channel) we can force UA-cam to change their behaviour or create and support a better platform.
