Are you having trouble remembering what you study?
Do you wish you could remember what you read?
There are reasons that you can't remember what you study. One of the biggest reasons that you can't remember what you study is because you are stressed. When your brain is stressed your body produces something called cortisol and this is going to make it more difficult to remember anything.
But being stressed isn't the only reason that you can't remember what you study another reason is that you are not focused. Try doing 3 things at once and no matter how much you think you can multi-task the reality is that it is going to be more difficult than you think.
So you really need to pay attention and stop multitasking. These are just a few of the reasons that you can not remember what you study. If you want to get better at memorizing your school work then watch the entire video for my 5 reasons why you can't remember what you study.

Hi Ron, I can remember your five steps of memory. They are: focus, file, picture, action and review. I learned this awhile back and still remember it. lol

This video was fantastic. There are two tests I need to prepare for and I can only graduate if I pass with a certain grade. I definitely need to work on getting a better sleep and reviewing the stuff I read on the previous day. It happens that there is so much content I need to cover so I feel like I'm not going to be able to finish and time's ticking. I've tried reviewing first thing in the morning, and it definitely works. I'll be implementing these tips from now on!! Thanks for the amazing content!!

I was in a medical program and couldn’t score less than 80° on each exam. The stress was so unbearable each day I was forgetting more and more material. Hope you made it through your program!

Now as I remember from this point on, he mentions about always asking yourself the question to pressure your mind into giving you the answer.
He mentions that there's a second reason why you're bad at memorizing and that's because you're stressed.
Now in my belief I believe that the greatest thing for memory is to have an actual intriguing interest into whatever the person says like they're someone that they adore and love. It's kinda weird and gay but I think it might just work.
He also mentions about examples of you being stress like your life being like this and etc.
Now before that, 2 time belt champion, link in description with memorization course with all sorts of things. Funny real life scenario phrase, then mentioning fact that I don't have bad memory. Then reinstating the first solution on how to focus which is no distractions, then provides a second reason to why I'm not focused which is stress.

    2 time belt champion
Has a link for memorization in description
Reason 1 for why you don't remember is can't focus
The course below has all sorts of things that I don't remember
    Tells me I don't have a bad memory and that's a fact
    1:22 minutes in
He makes phrase Hi my name's brian, what can I get for you today?

He makes phrase of Hi my name's brian and the person that was speaking to him can't remember his name because he wasn't focused
The way to focus is to stay out of distractions, no cell phones, no super loud noises no nothing, keep focus in optimal range.
Before that, what did he mention?
In the start he was talking about him being a 2 time belt champion on something.
the link in the description and talked about a memorization course.
Then he proceeded to state the facts that I don't have a bad memory and the first reason he mentioned why I currently can't remember whatever I notice is because I wasn't focused.
    We're in 2:12 minutes in

memory is different than learning .
learning is important in that memory place crucial role on that .
    i am learning by survey +questioning +understanding +teaching +active recall+spaced reputation ( revision)
    any suggestions please ?
how many years / months /days you take to become as a memory champion .
    thank you in advance

I will listen to an audiobook that I’m really excited about. Like an action adventure type of thing. Or even an anime. I really have trouble remembering the names or sometimes even certain things that happened in the show.
I want to get to studying or something like that. It’s really bad.
    I’m uh… yup
