because of people like u , HR’s will think twice sometimes believing what candidates says . Instead of showing talent u are saying to lie in interviews. That’s the reason for lack of trust even in corporations now a days.Already in US people will think twice if someone sees name of Telugu people pls don’t make similar market in Indian pls . It will become difficult to get jobs for people here also .
I understand your pain bro, Indian IT is very different than other countries. I don't see notice period 3 months in any country except India just to retain employees. 60% of US projects are exported to India but salaries were very less till 1year back. I am not saying to cheat HR. Indian HR system is not like US. Here HR also play with candidates. They don't even get feedback after interview. They get bonus if they reduce salary in negotiations. We or I are not the reason we are victims.. Don't inspire from our problems in US. This is the situation only in India. Here candidates get less than lakh with 30% tax plus all expenses on us including education, medicine and everything Don't say because of me, I don't know about you 🐱🐱 you work there max 8hrs earn in lakhs with best lifestyle in the world. Here we are not even allowed to change job just because of notice period???
