      @@DevOpsAndCloudWithSiva HR will ask for offer letter right, without that they will not trust and do we need to edit the offer from startup and send them? didn't they verify with the company which we kept in edited offer? Also please mention how we need handle this situation if HR asks for offer letter. Thanks

      Yes Indian government recently made it Mandatory to have PF

      ​@@ravik7216 Though it's good initially but in the long run it causes issues, once you created pf for a fake company, a year or two years after that company may not exist and to remove fake company from PF is impossible and you need to carry this your entire career.so don't create pf accounts for fake companies

      Try first for 1month..if you are not able to get calls then must play some tricks safely

      1. Already in notice period 2months left
      2. You get offer and go to notice period
      3. Apply as many companies as possible
      4. If first company asks to join tell them notice period got increased due to dependency
      5. in that time get other companies

    because of people like u , HR’s will think twice sometimes believing what candidates says . Instead of showing talent u are saying to lie in interviews. That’s the reason for lack of trust even in corporations now a days.Already in US people will think twice if someone sees name of Telugu people pls don’t make similar market in Indian pls . It will become difficult to get jobs for people here also .

      I understand your pain bro, Indian IT is very different than other countries. I don't see notice period 3 months in any country except India just to retain employees. 60% of US projects are exported to India but salaries were very less till 1year back. I am not saying to cheat HR. Indian HR system is not like US. Here HR also play with candidates. They don't even get feedback after interview. They get bonus if they reduce salary in negotiations. We or I are not the reason we are victims..
      Don't inspire from our problems in US. This is the situation only in India. Here candidates get less than lakh with 30% tax plus all expenses on us including education, medicine and everything
      Don't say because of me, I don't know about you 🐱🐱 you work there max 8hrs earn in lakhs with best lifestyle in the world. Here we are not even allowed to change job just because of notice period???

      @@DevOpsAndCloudWithSiva u can justify with 100 reasons to just say one lie .but do u think HR’s will fall for that? For very next candidate itself they won’t trust even if someone is genuine . Knowledgeable people like you should atleast not make videos to lie. U have other videos on how to skillup that’s informative but this video is a let down for society. U are right 3 months notice period is injustice in that case u should make video on how can employees tell their employers about this unfair notice period . If current employer is unfair u are lying to future employer who can be fair . But a lie can damage the morale of employers who want to be fair . I have seen this
