Mix corned beef with mashed potato and sauted onions add seasoning and herbs of your choice and make fishcake sized pucks fry off to nicely browned. You can even bread the pucks if you want, my mother use to make those when i was young, heck you can even just use leftover chicken/pork/beef/fish/vegetables alone or combines and make cakes with them, we do that often for making packed lunches. We have a dozen cases plus whatever is on the shelves of canned corned beef in our food stores and pantry. People always whine about canned/dehydrated/freeze dried food just wait till they miss afew meals, then complain it is not organic blah blah blah. Thanks for the video, Take care, God bless one and all.
the amazing thing about freeze drying is that you can use whatever liquid you want to re-hydrate. Butter is perfect along with chicken broth and beef broth!!!

Great tip!
TIME SAVER IDEA: Wait until you have cooked your potatoes to peel them. They come off so much easier
Did you freeze them prior to putting in the freeze dryer
Yes. I did,
too bad there is at least 3 minutes of ads first. I wanted to watch.
It’s worth the watch. lol.
