      Sorry about the late response. I just now check this. It's the holidays but you're spot on on point. These freaks of nature go in. Destroy the place, abuse other people and then cry and play the victim. And everybody believes their sob story. So the workplace basically self cannibalizes to appease these brainless. Vile, pukes, you know I'm speaking truth LO. L.

    I just found out that in Oregon theres a House Bill that they're trying to pass again regarding workplace bullying and it doesn't say anything about having to be in a protected class. In other words, just bullying and harassment in the workplace can now be liable to civil suit. Thats the goal and I guess it going to pass most likely. So employers need to start paying more attention. I have seen what this does to people and companies in a few cases and I think that it actually is hurting the economy by affecting job stability a lot more than people realize. A lot of people quit jobs due to this. Not the work itself.

    My GM at my last job drove all the good employees away. Eventually she targeted me. I had no choice but to quit. One day I prayed and I reported it to my state labor department. I won. I got $6k. She also had someone attack me outside the worksite, but the police never came. HR and Companies are losing good workers because of bad and weak leadership.

      @@ShinySilverBunny Thank you for.
      That information that needs to hit every state. This is sickening and disgusting to me. The suicide rate is way too high. Families are destroyed. Thank you so much for this information. This may set a great precedent for other states. What's interesting is that my channel is open for everybody. Because I want to help people politically. I lean more conservative. So some people think that I would be against this bill right? Because they all say well, aren't you? For limited government intervention over private business. Well, yes, essentially, but this isn't about business. It's about violence where place abuse and workplace. Bullying is the only area. Of violence we don't have laws against we have laws against domestic abuse. We have laws against child abuse workplace. Bullying workplace abuse is not about the workplace. Abuse, it's literally about violence and that is the role of government to protect people from the malevolent actions of others. So I'm all in favor of this bill. I think it's a long time overdue. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. We go to work to live. We don't go to work to die. Thank you so much for that information. I really appreciate it. I wasn't aware that it's passing, but I'm very glad it's been a long time. They've been trying to pass healthplace workout workbills. What are called the healthy workplace bills? But now we've got psychological safety acts this is good. This is good now. How they're gonna manage this? That that might be a different issue. I don't know, but I'm, I'm in favor of this. I think they're gonna have to iron things out. I think it's gonna take a little trial-and-error. But yeah, you can't have people going to work to have their lives destroyed. No way, not on my watch. Thank you for that shiny. I appreciate the information blessings to you and I hope you have an awesome day.

    From my experience workplace mobbing and bullying are because of a company's culture, which is a bullying culture. Some people make fun of mandatory sexual harassment training. For one, the bullies don't care because they've been getting away with it for years. Companies don't care if they get sued because to them it's the cost of doing business. When I was severely mobbed and bullied at work and outside of work, I found out I wasn't the only one. They had done it to other employees. After I left, I'm sure they picked on someone else. They wouldn't know they shot themselves in the foot.

    I would comment that this is beneficial to the company because the bully can control the work population for the company.. The bully is fully aware of by the management and they see the value of this bully personality because he controls the work population through fear and his personality can perform these acts to produce this climate. People get fired all the time for ridiculous minor reasons or in many states no reason is needed at all. So companies very much value certain personalities because they create and handle the climate in the workplace. And it is not just getting a person to quit it also enables a bully to encourage illegal activity to be performed by a selected employee or to keep quiet about witnessing an activity the company doesn't want talked about. No companies very much value having a bully on the payroll to control the workplace population.

    • @theworkplaceabuseexperts9484
      @theworkplaceabuseexperts9484  2 місяці тому +3

      This is true, but where they shoot themselves in the foot is that I guess if it's a corrupt company? I see your point, but bullies. Feel threatened by the most competent employees. So the best and brightest are the ones that are gonna leave. The company's left with the dumb dollars. If that's what they want, then I see your point. But like in my case, as long as I had the job. If I knew the school district was stealing money, they could hold it over my head. If you value your job you'll keep your mouth shut. But because they let their pulley their bully bully me out of my job. And I lost my job well now. I'm free to go to the feds and have them audited. Aren't I That's where things can backfire.

    • @theworkplaceabuseexperts9484
      @theworkplaceabuseexperts9484  2 місяці тому +3

      So I think it depends on the motive of the company if the company is corrupt in they're more interested in power trips and toxic c*** Then yeah, the bully might work if that's what they're into. But if they want to succeed and do a good job. No Doctor Robert Sutton of Stanford University demonstrates in his work. Exactly how much money these bullies actually cost their companies financially speaking.

    • @vickybiagini8623
      @vickybiagini8623 2 місяці тому +3

      That is true, these bullies feel threatened when they believe someone can replace them intellectually. That's why they try and push them out of their job. Happened to me at Mohegan Sun in the Security Dept. Not a hard job, and most of the Officers weren't too intelligent. I believe they hire dumb ones at these companies. They don't want intelligent people that will go against any of their so called policies. Very toxic workplace, and that's why people don't want to work for companies anymore. Fellow workers and Supervisors ruin it every single time.

    • @user-wv7kt4wk7q
      @user-wv7kt4wk7q Місяць тому

      @@vickybiagini8623 You said it exactly. Bullies have their triggers just like everyone else. That is their reason for being a bully. So the company does the hiring and firing. They run the company as they see fit. They know which widgets to buy to make their product, they put a schedule, a plan a format which will make their company survive. This is what they must have to go to a financier to have money to start their company. The company will constantly be tweeking their operations to make the company run as their goals are wanted to be met. So I stick with my judgement that bullies are tools just like everyone else. They are what the company operations need to achieve their goals. I guess if more people bring suits and it starts costing the company more than they originally opted for in achieving their goals then they will move on to a different operating procedure. To say that a company has a great love for an employee is just comical. It is a company not an emotional affair they are running.

      @@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484 I agree -- if the company becomes overrun with bullies, it becomes very corrupt, and that level of corruption can take a company down. A great example of this is the private prison sector.

    I live in the UK. I got bullied in many work places, either by the narcissistic line manager or an equally toxic ring leader and their acolytes. I always went to Human Resources first to report it. They either didn't believe me or did not take me seriously. When I started to become mentally ill with depression, anxiety and PTSD, I tried to take it up legally against the employers who are supposed to do something to stop it. Unfortunately, under UK law one had to be working at least 2 years at the company before taking it up legally unless it was racist. As I am white and usually I had not been in the job long the law went against me. The bullying usually started just after a week in the job. I ended up leaving every job it happened to me because the UK law went against me. I ended up on medication and now I don't work at all. I was never suicidal. I would not do suicide because of those bastards they are not worth it. It is sad and tragic that some people are driven to it. Thank goodness I never got harassed after leaving the job. Otherwise I would have definitely gone to the police and also taken it up legally 6:09

    I worked at Mohegan Sun Casino in the Security Dept. One of the woman Supervisors constantly yelled at me and one time pushed me over with a cart. I went to HR and nade q complaint, as she has yelled at other Officers. Two weeks later i got fired because a customer asked me for water behind where i was standing. I explained to the gentleman that the Front Desk Hotel could give him water. Security wasnt allowed back where I was standing. The front desk was fifteen feet away, and empty. He wasnt happy snd asked for my badge, name and thst I wiuld be fired. I lightly clapped, meaning i cant control what he does. There was absolutely no reason why he couldnt walk and get his own water. He did make a complaint and I did get fired. Yet that workolace bully never ad much as git suspended.
