Same thing,,,they just sent a complete stranger 5 days after my dad's passing which again they never told me about,,then they send a complete stranger to my house to try to make me feel bad and guilty a week after he already passed a week ago,,,it's all about control!!!!and keeping you stuck in the loop!!!,,,before he passed I told him I forgive him and he basically said don't call me I will call you!,,,,I refuse to be involved with any of them because I no longer accept scraps on the plate and making me feel bad so they can feel elated and powerful

I dedicated my whole company to ridiculing the pieces of crap that did this to me, they were the Band directors at my old school district, stupider then Walmart garden center Patio Blocks.

I could. I'm against all forms of abuse, but since that's dealing mostly with like clergy and priesthoods and things like that, I mean, it's a little out of my element for this channel. I mean, obviously I would oppose that any time you steal. Or lie or chat. People or abuse children or abuse people. I'm going to be against that right. Narcissist loved to infiltrate churches and play the holy roller thing. Even Jesus called out the sort of narcissist in his own day, the religious leaders. But it's just not contextual for the most part to what I'm doing unless we're talking about. Maybe church employment, since this is the workplace abuse. Experts ideal mostly within that context. It doesn't mean that I wouldn't call out. Yeah, a narcissist or abuser in positions of clergy.Of course, I would if I knew about it if I knew what was happening or where it was happening.It's just as far as the context of the theme of this channel.It just doesn't apply as much.I'm thinking mostly the business world right because we're dealing with employment in this situation.So you're gonna have a lot of light?I don't know Take , for example , You have a bully in a school district Who is related to board members that are? Making false accusations against Teachers to push them out of their jobs all while leaving it on the record like they're still there and pocketing the funds. That attitude, "the bullying isn't a problem, but those who try and speak out against it are a problem" is so pervasive and so harmful. I've been there. It's the worst feeling, when you're really just motivated on making environment safer and better for everyone. To then be told that you're the problem, it just hurts so badly. I cried the day that I was told this, and I was crying for the loss of my boss's character. I sobbed and sobbed at the thought of this person, who I had looked up to, choosing to believe such a horrible mistruth. That the bullying isn't a problem, but anyone who questions it, IS. It broke my heart.

Besides part of the definition of a bully is someone who picks on innocent people. The bully is far from innocent and he gets everything he deserves so. Therefore, how can you bully a bully? It's logically impossible if you think about it. The definition of a bully in and of itself in the field of semantics or analytics is one who unprovocately bullies and abuses an innocent person who did him no wrong or her no wrong. Well, when you bully the bully.That bully did something wrong to you.And since that bully is not innocent, he ceases by all definitions to be his aggressor cannot by definition.Be a bully if the bully himself is guilty of bullying because he is no longer an innocent person and therefore the definition of bully cannot be applied.

@@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484 using cambridge definition, it says bullying as a harmful behaviour to a smaller or less powerful. So yes a bully can still be bullied. That's why I still don't think bullying the bully is justified. Standing up, defending, fighting back, countering a bully are justified, even taking revenge is still understandable. But bullying a bully does not.

You said it yourself that bullying is aimed at someone innocent, so by bullying the bully you're making the one who was a bully as the innocent party and a victim.
