Blessy Mathew Thank you! I haven’t done that but I have seen it done where details were painted on with thinned-down gel colours or airbrush colour. I imagine you could dust with lustre dusts, too.
Hi, sorry for the 2 week delay in replying! This is food grade floral wire. It is from a cake supply shop. The brand I use is Sunrise but there are many brands. This was 20 or 22 gauge, so a little thicker and stronger than you would use for sugar roses. I hope that helps.
Oh dear! What a shame. This is made from the round rice paper spring roll wrappers you get from Asian stores and many supermarkets. These are different from potato starch rice paper which usually comes in A4 sheets from specialty shops and cake decorators’ supplies stores. I show the brands at the beginning of the video. They are very versatile and inexpensive too! Have another go.

Is rice paper flower still soft after drying
Hi, not really - they go a bit hard.
Minunat! 👏👏
Thank you ☺️
Beautiful! May I ask what are the stems on the flowers called, are they just artificial stems?
Boss Babe Thank you! The stems are traditional cake decorators’ flower wires., or florist wire, covered in florist’s tape.
The Cake Craftery thank you so much!
Wow 🥰🥰🥰

This will keep for months in an airtight container ☺️
what is the part you used for the centre of the flower ?
Tyler Parker Hi Tyler, they are readymade stamens you can buy from any good craft or cake supplies store... and online, I’m sure.

Thank you ☺️☺️

Merci infiniment et bon courage
Khdijti Dialy Merci Khdijti!
Is tape edible
Hi, no, it is the same tape commonly used in the making of gum paste/sugar paste flowers to cover the wires, which are not edible either.
Thank you 👍👍👍
You are welcome ☺️☺️
