It's great to see the Salford University Oaklands Halls of Residence (03:25 ..) in this video, where I used to live during my Uni time in the late 70s. So sad that the university halls at Oaklands Road have been demolished in early 2000s. Any chance that any person would have some shots on the environment of the Oaklands Halls before they were pulled down. Thank you for sharing this amazing video! Great memories.
Back when most people had normal sized cars. I really don’t get obsession with owning an SUV in England nowadays. Our roads are made for smaller vehicles. Plus cars looked allot nicer back then I think.
I just love those old cars and vintage items, I love cars back then now days it's crap and most cars are shit and every year now on the making shitest cars like why do we need them just keep the old stuff on roads because I swear you can notice these classic more then new mercs bms or any new toys. I rather get any old car that's has a good image and history or s legendary, some might not have. But i just love the designs of older cars every one had a different desighn now days all cars look the same.
I own a 1999 Reliant Robin and I love it and the reactions you get of people. People might take the piss because it’s only got 3 wheels but you hardly ever see one anymore and it’s part of British history. Back when we made our own cars by hand.
@@underneonloneliness2 reminded me of only fools and horses, I know those were good times, even though I didn't exists then bust I know alot of things trough todays technology, I'm asain was born here and as much as I like my country even in them days it was great, I like uk as well as much.
