      It`s been 5 days since I have started following this vertical jump program however I was able to jump 4 to 5 inches higher. I really believe on this program hands down. Of all the programs I`ve attempted before, this one is the greatest. I found this jump guidebook by Google. It is over here t.co/aX2oR1o9FS

I'm really inspired by you guys when it comes to taking my nutrition and my training more seriously (i've been training for years but never really that serious and kinda followed some nutrition rules, but barely meassured or something), started out hard and plan to be the most buff me of all times until next spring. Keep on doing what you do, i'll enjoy the ride

    Looking at the assembled box and the board measurements, it looks like your finished box dimensions are 20”x25.5”x30” as opposed to 20”x24”x30”. The 20”x24” should be a 20”x22.5” since it sits between two ends which add 1.5”. And the 24”x28.5” should be 22.5”x28.5” for the same reason the 28.5” was cut short for the 30” side.

    • @edwinmarquinezdeleon8648
      @edwinmarquinezdeleon8648 4 роки тому +5

      The same apply for the frame. The one that is 25.5” should be 24.5” since the frame is 2”x2” which subtract 4” from the side of 28.5” on the board of 24”x28.5”

    • @samrounds469
      @samrounds469 3 роки тому

      Why do they suggest using 15 5/8" framing in the interior of the box? Won't that lead to 15 5/8 + 2(1.5" thickness of the 2x2) + 2(3/4" plywood) = 20 1/8" as the smallest height of the box? Should I expect some compression in the 2x2's?

    This is great and cool. The one downside to wooden plyo boxes they put stress and on the knee ankles and shins. Also if you miss you could hurt your shins. I bought the 3 in 1 soft plyo box those are better and safe then wooden plyo boxes.

    Looks good! The only thing I would change is the handles, I made mine by drilling 1 1/2” holes and using a saber saw to cut the middle out. I also did it before I put it together so that I could use a router with a 1/4” roundover bit on the inside and the outside to make it more comfortable to hold and carry.

    would be better if it was made to also be a storage box. wouldn't be all that hard to have one side have a compartment door. (of course you would not use that side to jump on). That big box and all that wasted space inside.

    I need some advice. I've been doing strength training for awhile now, but my new step mother thinks it's useless bad for your health as you get older. She tells me that the muscle I'm building will turn to flab when I hit my 50s & 60s. Before I met my step mother I never met anyone who thinks body building was both useless and unhealthy so I had no idea what to say. What can I say to her to convince her it's not useless and won't cause me to have health problems later in life?
