I trained all the time in my 20s, and in my 30s I sat around for years and can outlift my younger self. I got really strong for no reason but my cardio was shit though

Also you may have gotten noticeably stronger due to your metabolism slowing down and not taking away your gains as much, hence your cardio took a hit though. It could also be you just weigh more now so you can lift more due to that as a result of your metabolism slowing down.

The thing with the pulling and pushing exercises is that Bruce did it on smooth concrete. And these guys doing it in dirt, which causes more friction making it more tough. And it appears that some parts are wet dirt. Which causes it to have even MORE friction and difficulty
And not to mention here the fact that all the weights in Hollywood movies are mostly fake. Otherwise the actors with spaghetti arms would have just died. 🤭🤭😂🙌🏻

In the movie. The surface that Bruce is pulling and pushing is a flat surface with no dirt or any obstruction. The ground they are using is uneven and alot of resistance. Which you might think is tougher making it more badass, but that it actually not safe, because it makes it more likely they will pull a muscle or get a hernia.

In the movie. The surface that Bruce is pulling and pushing is a flat surface with no dirt or any obstruction. The ground they are using is uneven and alot of resistance. Which you might think is tougher making it more badass, but that it actually not safe, because it makes it more likely they will pull a muscle or get a hernia.
