The moment you realize that when he turns around mid-air, after jumping from the plane, he's actually falling in reverse 🤯🤯🤯
😳
Mind blown.
I always took the name "falling in reverse" as a play on words to say they are going up towards heaven or something.
also the bomb on the plane reads "16 seconds", and then the beat drops 16 seconds later
No that’s falling backwards. Falling in reverse is getting up or falling upwards. Right? Lol
“It should be appreciated even if you don’t like it.” I wish more people had that mindset.
Yessss!!
woke comment.
@@dvvaughn564 How is it woke? It's not difficult to appreciate talent, ability, skill, etc even if you dislike the person, band, style, etc. Moronic comment
Nah. I don't appreciate things made by people who beat women.
Agreed. I know tons of music snobs... they irk me. Just enjoy the vibes and complexity of everything. I listen to 50s then go metal, then old country up to 2000s country. Then tons of hiphop/rap.... this one is phenomenal though.
"Laptop hit the oldschool boomer metalhead" gawd Tank that line made me laugh so hard
Was suppose to be Sebastian Bach because he was ranking on Ronnie for using laptops
Kinda lacking. SB is GenX
That "Woo" that closes the church doors during the breakdown gives me chills.. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
Yes! Its strong in person at live shows but the video is sooo badass
I'm so glad you caught Sebastián Bach getting laptops falling on him 🤣🤣🤣 A lot of reactors miss that. It's my favorite part 🤣❤️
It's my favorite part to Sebastian bach asked for it
The ”real” ones got it hehe 💪
I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw that part. I was so happy when he noticed it.
In 5 years time, people will look back on this time & realize just what Ronnie has started. This is a new age of music & you will see A LOT of artists following in Ronnies footsteps
Perfectly said this will definitely start a whole new wave of music for the future.
who would want to follow in the footsteps of a dude who beats women?
@@ThrashBandicoot666 exactly this mumble rap wannabe dog shit is NOT impressive lmao not even to mention how awful of a human being he is.
I don't know about that, in the whole Metalcore scene there are really many styles of music like Landmvrks e.g. or in Deathcore with Enterprise Earth just to name a few. But I am definitely very excited to see what's coming especially from Ronnie but also the whole genres in general. Like Archspire pushing boundaries in technical death metal. There are so many things going on in so many genres and I never thought I was listening to something these mentioned bands created. These bands are just a few that i personally think have a big impact on my musical taste and explorations. I love the time we are living in! :D Cheers!
Did you forget about Linkin Park!?! Heck, even Limp Bizkit and Rage Against the Machine blended Rap and Metal together and help pioneered what we are seeing with FiR today. Ronnie is on that list too and is definitely one of the best! But you also have to pay respects to the artists that came before him, he even acknowledges Eminem, Queen etc. as inspirations for what he's doing now.
When is the last time you saw a #1 song with NO CHORUS?? This is groundbreaking. Great reaction
lol how the Sebastian Bach Lookalike gets hit with a Laptop, kills me every time 🤣
Me too 🤣
I keep hoping to see Sebastian or Eddie trunk respond to the laptop scene🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Boomer Beef!
@@saintoflostcauses Bach is not a baby boomer, ... He would be earlier generation x. I do believe that trunk squeezed in as a boomer though. I am generation x but love FIR, as they they are extremely talented. Ronnie is a genius and super talented. I too immediately started laughing when I first saw the Bach reference. Ronnie was definitely on the right side of this "beef" 😂
@@saintoflostcauses yeah would be fun lol i mean, Ronnie is not the only one using backing tracks on stage.
@@louofm1 it was more of a Boomer take is what I meant...
It´s incredible how fun this song is! Given the no real repeats in structure and the abrupt ending, it almost feels like the first part of something.
specially with the way it kind of ends suddenly. look forward to the next drop from them
It’s definitely gotta lead into the next song
Looks like we're gonna get another trilogy
And that Brightburn ending was just glorious
*foreshadowing*
That guitar work that shreds as Ronnie starts lifting off the ground has lived in my head rent free for a solid week.
Shouting "watch the world burn!" has now also become my default response to minor annoyances. It's just great.
It's the crunchiest of crunchy, that whole breakdown gives me chills every single time.
You won’t believe this, but I JUST discovered FiR and this song three days ago. I have been shouting WATCH THE WORLD BURN every chance I get lol. This song gives me the biggest dopamine rush I’ve ever had.
That big bendy boi bass in the breakdown still gives me the goosebumps, and is partly the reason I bought a bass and started learning
I am a metalhead...but this is mind-blowing. Respect for Ronnie. And yes he is reacting back....his full right. Great reaction 🤘🏽💥💯
tech n9ne would call this a choppa.. elite lyricism that is enunciated well and every word can be understood. i love that if one thing is for sure, ronnie and F.i.R absolutely build a HUGE track
Watch the reaction with krizz kaliko he said the same
@@Azvikingdesigns came to reply just that! Really loved Krizz's reaction to it
Ronnie showed more than once that he can rap, but this was next level... and they didn´t miss to deliver the BOOM later like we´re used to! :D
I love the way they always add some easter eggs from other stuff, including their own songs and music videos... xD
And yeah, i agree, this i like "you want a villain? You get it MFs!!!" xDD
Ronnie absolutely killed it but Luke just murdered those drums man! I don't know how many times I've listened to this song but it is just flawless 😍 great reaction as usual 🤘
I’m the most impressed by the fact that he hits every damn vocal technique with precision. The raps, the gutturals, the fry’s, the highs and the lows.
I like what you said about him basically embracing becoming the villain because of the multitude of people that just love to hate him. Because look at the video. We see him blow up the plane like Bane in DKR, we see him as a Cyberpunk 2077 type villain, he literally talks about "about to go Darth, about to go Disney, into the darkness, into infinity" and we see him as that sith lord, then at the end he embraces the "Superman if he went evil" which has its own storyline in the DC universe of comics. Ronnie Radke is who he is and I think he is WAY past caring anymore, so he's giving the industry someone to hate.
in an interview, ronnie had said that this is about him saving the country from a nuke, but since the state and country didn't appreciate it, he decided to blow up the world
Ronnie is not only talented, he is also working his butt off to always improve himself. That really makes me like him. At this point he could just be content, but he isnt. He kinda broke the internet with this one and he deserves it! Loved your reaction!
He really does love to improve himself, except when it comes to owning up to the fact that he's a shit person who beats women.
@@ThrashBandicoot666 bro he was cleared stop living in the past spreading misinformation with no evidence he ain't no angel but he sure as shit hasn't had any conviction on beating women so sit your dumbass down
I'm an old school metal chick and I absolutely love Ronnie and falling in reverse! I love his creativity and brilliant lyrics
I don't know who this guy is because I'm apparently living under a rock. Rap isn't my thing, but when mixed with metal I like it. What he does in this song is impressive. This is so much better than the shit in the top 40. I could get into it. I need to see more of this band. Thank you for the introduction.
Ronnie is the Eminem of this generation. Obviously he's not as massively mainstream but the way he says exactly what he feels with no fucks given for how controversial it is, gets a bunch of negative reactions to it and rather than backing down he responds to that negativity by straight up unapologetically calling out anything he defines as bullshit through his music so the message is loud and clear. I don't agree with everything he says, but I respect that he sticks to his guns, accept that the man is insanely talented and am hilariously entertained almost every time he opens his mouth.
Your "villain" concept ties together my thought that Ronnie is a modern day version of Alice Cooper, and I mean that with every ounce of respect to both artists.
I think the points for the abrupt ending is because that’s when the world burn and we are in the world so obviously if it gets destroyed, it’s going to end in a split second without slowly fading away
This is a new era of Metal introduced to us by Ronnie Radke
So incredible this hit popular monster level for me. I like the formula they've been using where instead of releasing a full album every couple of years they're just making really incredible singles a couple times a year and really making them great songs. They already have over a decade of material out there so they can't afford to do that I guess. Love the reaction as always tank and the violent gentlemen gear obviously
As master dent once said,--- you ether die the hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villian
I’m so happy he got the Sebastian Bach reference, I was dying when I saw this the first time…
I consider Ronnie a modern day Renaissance man.
Never heard 'em before. I was very sceptic going in... But this song is a statement. I'm effin blown away.
I heard NF I heard Tom Mc I heard Em I heard Tech9 I heard A7F I heard djent what it all translated to was Ronnie and is uniquely him. Sick. Just sick AF
I really liked that you talked about Ronnie never going after people without unprovoked. You are 100% right. Most of the time if not ALWAYS, Ronnie only claps back at people when they're attacking him and then some people have the nerves to call him immature and all these other things. They just expect people to shut up and take all the hate without saying anything. Even just recently he was going back and forth with this one youtuber that was constantly talking shit out him and his music. The youtuber has literally made several videos on Ronnie doing nothing but trashing his music and calling him all sorts of names. What makes matters worse is that he was literally spreading misinformation on Ronnie such as calling him a murderer, rapist, abuser and a pedophile. And on top of all that he is monetizing those videos and when this song dropped, this youtuber again went after Ronnie by calling this song the worst and when Ronnie finally called him out on twitter he and his little fanbase has the nerve to act like a victim claiming that Ronnie was the one that started it and that he can't take any criticism. Like dude the guy is literally just craping on his music and complaining. There was literally no criticism just pure hatred and envy.
Seriously, it's fine if you don't like him but don't go after him if you don't want any clap backs. If you gonna talk shit about the guy be prepared when he calls you out on your bs.
Anyway thank you Tank for being genuine. Like you, I don't agree with everything Ronnie says or does either however, it's really frustrating when ppl are treated so poorly and villainized by the littlest of things.
I agree with everything you said. I hate when people say "This song is terrible" "it sucks".... no it doesn't, you just don't like it. That's why I always respect people that say "it's very good, they're very talented, but it's not my sort of thing." It's ok to not like something, but to completely trash someone's art because it's not your style is just ridiculous. Great reaction as always, Tank!
You’re absolutely right about most metal heads loving hip hop. I love both and Ronnie is the only one I know that can blend them to the point that it feels like multiple songs in one. In a world where everything is just a rehash, this is fresh, pure talent and not boring.
Even Linkin Park ,Papa Roach etc. had their own styles/sounds unique to them-so does Ronnie Radke. If "Falling In Reverse" isn't your normal genre you still have to admit this man is so talented it ain't even funny. I think in his own way he is bringing so many people from different walks of life together. His music makes rappers want to check out more metal/rock and rockers/metal heads more open to check out rap, he's blurring the lines from genre to genre seamlessly. 'Watch The World Burn' doesn't have a catchy chorus("Hook") played through out the song that ALL songs are framed with ,this one stands on its own merit and is fantastic, just like Ronnie Radke does as an artist. Great reaction Tank, but you always have great reactions.
Ronnie already said in an interview about a year ago that one of his big inspirations is Eminen... so this shouldn't be big news that he likes hip hop
Oh and Im happy to hear you can go back on tour! I hope to hear from you whlie you on it :)
Please re-visit this with the live version of this track, it’s absolute art and fucking brutality mixed together to create pure awesomeness 🤘🏼
I saw them last week in Hamilton, and as much as I love and was waiting for popular monster coming on, holy shit this song goes hard live so much better than probably any of the other songs they performed. I was curious how those big-ass rap portions would turn out live, and concerned at the same time as well, but it was just awesome man
I have been waiting for this Tank!
the fucking joy that hit your face when he started going real fast was perfect haha
Just from the thumbnail, I can tell Tank is gonna have his mind blown with this song lol Been a fan of Ronnie since ETF's first EP, been following and enjoying through everything else 17 years onward, and god damn if he isn't hitting levels I never thought the man could reach all those years ago...
Also, a fun thing to do is try to count the amount of references in the video that show up, I know Tank will get one scene that only a couple reactors have gotten so far!
Edit: Yep, Tank noticed the laptops falling on "Sebastian" lmfao
Ooh what scene? I’ve watched practically every reaction and I’d love to know if I caught it
@@Fallintoth3Sunpretty sure 7:58
Yea what was that all about? Im not familiar to that reference
@@paganof666 It’s a reference to a performance FIR cancelled because they had there labtops stolen and couldn’t perform without it and Sebastian Bach said real musicians don’t need laptops to do a live performance. Ensuing this comment made by Sebastian, Ronnie and Sebastian had a heated exchange!
Yeah at 11 and 12 years old I was the only goth skater punk metalhead outcast in the local club on hip hop Sunday every weekend in late 96 and all of 97 , my and everyone’s favorite was Notorious Thugs , when that song came on here in the Midwest everyone went crazy
Loved Ronnie since Etf when I was in high school back in 2009. His band opened up a lot of genres to me I didn't like before. Look where he is now this is insane honestly.
Craig's This War is Ours era of ETF did that for me back in 2010 but Ronnie's DIYLF and FIR was what stayed with me all these years.
i love how all the reactions i saw (from metalheads) where exactly like this: all really enjoyed the Hip-Hop/Rap part and appreciated the skill which is needed to do such thing. But all(!) including myself got the brightest smile when it switched to Rock/Metal 😂 I love the combination between those genres and ronnie is a master in this particular thing :D
Ronnie Radke and Tom MacDonald collab, lets go!
Yeah, it was a Homelander ref toward the end. It was dope.
Ronnie is one of my favorite singers since escape the fate
Two nights ago Ronnie found out how many fans he has in Mississippi where he played for the first time. I think he'll be back. At least 60% of the floor sang along with this word for word. Thanks, Tank - I owe you for FIR and Sabaton now lol.
Love this song,it reminds me of Hollywood Undead-F**k The World
out of all the reactions I've watched, yours definitely was one that resonated more with me. I agree fully about being subjective and objective about it. You cannot ignore the talent and production value that went into just this video alone, let alone the insane instrumental and vocal prowess that we see from this track. I was never a fan of escape the fate in general, but falling in reverse has definitely made me appreciate Ronnie and everyone in falling in reverse for just being true to themselves and putting out banger after banger. Funny thing is, they haven't even peaked yet, can't wait to see what they put out over the years after this.
The visuals and rapping left a lot of reactors with there mouths wide open in shock ( me included ) haha great reaction tank 😁🤘
This is one of the greatest songs ever. Hands down the best music video I've seen. The song has no chorus
The Towering Inferno 2023. He was at the Crossroads in the beginning. He let J and the Queen know he's King of it all. A New Sheriff In Town. First time Roadie. Now I'm hooked. Loved you Dude.
This is a piece of art. You don't realize how many times it hits you so hard that, by the end of it, you don't know where you stand.
Rap and hiphop are not my styles of music, but this song is just genius, brutal, an amazing mix of styles.
I don't want to leave out the visual work, which is just great. The "new order" vibes, the laptop on "Bach", the Nun and so many other references are remarkable and well done.
The sound is just wonderful.
It deserves a space in the Louvre .
This is a rap song with metal, not a metal song with rap. Love it.
Ronnie is a lyrical god. His flow, lyrics, and enunciation are top of the music industry for me
Besides all great songs from the last year, Falling in Reverse are still pushing it to the limit and beyond.
Like you said, that`s something special and no other band does this style blending like Ronnie and his guys do.
Hopefully we`re getting some live performances in Europe. Can`t wait to see them live.
Thanks for the Video, Tank.
I still sit here BEWILDERED that this is the same guy who blew my mind back in the original Escape the Fate days. . .
This is my new favourite song
Coming in and out of hip hop beats into live drumming incredible.
First rap verse I literally heard Bizzy Bone too and wondered if I was the only one! 🔥
Falling in Reverse and Maximum the Hormone are the only two bands can mixing so many music genres so brilliant
I listened to this song before watching this video and i felt like 14 year old me again, listening to Slipknots Duality, being close to tears cause i was so amazing by what i was hearing. I just love when music is so epic and hits so hard that it can hype you up so hard that you are almost crying and just feel the need to listen to it on full blast for hours. And accidently stumbling across such a song like i did in this instance?! Fucking awesome
“Dancing Like A Ninja” in the background at first. Love MC Thunder 2!
I had never heard of FiR until this video dropped ( good ol UA-cam algorythm brought it to me ), never heard of Ronnie Radke, but it was instantly apparent to me that this was a, as you said: You want a villain? I'll give you a fucking villain' moment.
OMG I can't wait! I was hoping he'd react to this one! 😍
You are NOT kissing Ronnie's ass, this latest work of theirs is BEYOND crazy
Speaking of villains, loved the General Hux speech reference in the middle.
Just saw them at rockzilla Chicago and lemme tell ya it's only gotten better
Oooh yeah now we are talking. Can't wait to hear your opinion in this one. But just going to say this caught me by surprise. Loved every single bit of the song.
I can't remember the last time I heard a track like this. The way this has been composed and delivered from my point of view is similar to what Queen did with Bohemian Rhapsody. This track is going to be a big hit for a long time. Well done FIR!
I just love how Tank is so down to earth and uses common sense and logic against the haters.
Watch The World Burn reactions is my second favorite YT sub genre this year so far.
I hate it when you don't know anything about the artist and then make claims. I know most of them are just looking for clicks, but keep busy with an artist for more than 3 minutes.
And I'm still incredibly grateful that I found you, there's nothing better than seeing someone react who knows a lot about music and the band.
I'm a huge fan of falling in reverse and I'm a big metal head and I head bang to this.
Ronnie said in an interview a couple of days ago that their WILL be a sequel to Watch the World Burn! Can't wait!
I feel like this song would make everyone hug when it transitions into the heavy metal part
Got tickets to see them on the Second leg of the Rockzilla tour
If this track and the new singles from Periphery are any indication what is 2023 going to be for music, we are in for a ride.
The last 3 songs of his that hit xm radio octane.....had to be retired off of the countdowns because nothing could beat them for WEEKS
What a freaking amazing roller-coaster ride of a song!! 🤘🎶🖤❤🔥☠ love the digs at the laptop, Sebastián Bach thing too!! Definite Homelander crazy vibes...gave me chills!!!!
Yes! Super excited for it, thanks!
Great reaction again. Fantastic.
Bruhhhhh, I've been looking so forward to this.
Ronnie is one of my 3 favorite artists and I'll be forever grateful that he opened my mind to rap several years ago.
When watching reactions to his previous song, I heard a lot of reactors say: he's kind of rapping, when I knew that he actually IS a rapper (and a singer obviously). This time I feel like a proud parent, wanting to tell everyone "see - I told you" 🤣
Greetings from Germany
Hell yea! Praise be to the woman beater!
@@ThrashBandicoot666 have you been an eyewitness? If not - you need a better hobby. Hating on strangers on the internet isn't healthy . But if it makes you feel good about yourself short term, just continue. I don't mind and Ronnie is probably too busy being successful to care.
As always, awesome job brother!!!
Hell yes, been waiting for this notification!!🔥🤟
Tank is always the reaction I am waiting for when these types of music videos drop. You never disappoint brother. Stay safe on tour!
Love your energy dude... good job!
I've been waiting for your reaction! I love how you see music and how happy, sad and mad it makes you ha ha
It's also bc Ronnie likes to roast people and a large amount of people can't handle that roasting.... he usually apologizes or will say something nice about them, but he is usually just roasting people. I got roasted on his twitch once which wasn't my fault, but it was hilarious! But you are right, Ronnie just voices his opinions and usually his beefs are him snapping back at someone else who started... Like how his line said after he jumped from the plane, "You started a battle, but bitch, Ima finish it..." I really felt that he meant that line! haha!
This one is something special man, love your reactions tank!
Also during the part where he is walking down the street his mug shot is up on the billboard
Totally missed that. Haha
@@TankTheTech I will be seeing them live on the 21st. I'm actually flying from San Diego to New Mexico since he isn't coming to So Cal on the 2nd leg. I've been going to concerts since the mid seventies and other than Queen, Black Sabbath and Zeppelin I have never been more excited to see a band live. I watched your video where you said their show was a must see and I knew I had to make it happen. Always enjoy your reactions. I appreciate the research and details you always include.
Im actually going to see them this month. Cant freaking wait!
Tank you are worth the wait.
I still cant get over how quickly you blew up bro. Props to you my dude
It is insane how technical and artistic this video is man. Damn good!!
this song is wild , loving the reaction!
Ronnie and his band and his song are to fire 🔥 awesome reaction
Love this reaction. You got yourself a new subscriber.🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love your reactions and the little factoids you put up on screen for context. I don't think I've seen any other reaction channel do that so good work
