- Hi everyone! Can you believe it? We've hit 400 episodes in just over two years! Time sure does fly! I've included the preparation before service in this video as well, covering 6am to 9:30am over two different days.

Did my guy just eat 8 sausages, 2 hash browns and baked beans for breakfast
bro why the food is so cheap? 25p hash brown, 50p sausage its like year 2005. For less than 5 pounds 8 sausages, two hash and one portion of beans. Add 4 toasts and I'm easily set for the day regarding my food and that for 5 pounds. Only half the sausages cost 5 in my currency.

You need to go onto master chef because you are clearly overqualified to be serving in a greasy spoon. Which don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with working in a cafe. However just watching you work it’s evident to see that you have so much more to offer.
Thank you. I mainly work here because it's Monday to Friday, and office hours. it's really difficult to find a job like this in catering. I'm also 43, so I don't really care anymore about chasing success, I'm really happy with life. It does feel good though to read comments like yours 👌😀👍

Im curious. What do you do with leftovers at the end of service. Like you made a big batch of beans but you dont have the whole thing at the counter but what if you dont serve all of it by the end of breakfast.
