I just pulled mine out tonight after over a decade. Excited to start using it again.
I still remember this iPod great memories. Being able to watch full length movies was a big deal. Of course the quality isn’t amazing but better than nothing back then. Main uses I had for it was music…I miss my old iPod nano, I accidentally deleted all my songs and so got mad and lost it. Back then it was all music mostly, movies while cool took up a ton of space.

I own one these. I haven’t used it in awhile. I decided to start using it again. I wanted to listen to put podcasts on it. I’m also in a tinkering repairing mood. The one I own currently the battery 🔋 life in it is 💩. I’m going to attempt to replace the bad battery. I have picked up another one of these iPods in case I break it in the repair process.
Great content keep it up, I just picked up a mint 2nd gen red nano in box for 20 from a thrift store
I love my old nano and use it for walking and working out. I do have problems with it keeping it's charge.

I still have my Ipod Shuffle 1st generation, (the white stick looking one) its loaded with Three 6 Mafia. Unfortunately I dont own wired headphones or earbuds haha
I used to have the 1st gen Ipod Mini. I miss that thing
@@TLTGKicks and yes I agree, having a phone in the gym is a total distraction, I see so many people pump out a set and then proceed to play on their phone for 10 mins and repeat, taking 2-3 hours to finish a workout,
30 mins to and hour is all it should take depending on the intensity.

I have a couple of Nano generation 3s and some 4s and 5s. I use them all the time and they hold all my music. But I like the shape of the generation 3 Nano like yours.
Wondering how the iPod is holding up 8 months later.
I am thrilled about having found mine while doing some declutterig and I have fallen in love with it again. Small, light and not being connected to interet....no radiation, which feels much better to carry it on the body.
But one question..... do you know how to get the alarm to sound????

Mine bought the 8gb around $7.9 but must replace the battery $5.5 for brand new. I think $13 for this boy could be nostalgic 😄
This was technically my first iPod I was playing at the part with my grandmother (I think I was around 6-7 years old) while in the sand box I saw something shiny being that I was a child and loved shiny stuff picked it up and it was this exact iPod my mom used it for the longest time it doesn’t work anymore sadly
The audio quality of them was awesome and they could pump headphones pretty loud
I love it. It's great for the gym. No phone to be distracted with this way
Visit a local nail salon and ask them for a cotton ball with a little acetone. It’ll disintegrate any sticker residue that’s left. Remember to just use it on the back (metal/aluminum) and not the front.

I used the wired Beats Audio Headphones that you see in tye thumbnail with mine actually. I use it daily for the gym

100% yes if you can buy 2 do it, i'm passionated about recording music i have a home studio with good speakers from krk and let me tell you something this IPOD nano 3rd is the last ipod with the wolfsen dac converter meaning even better than the classic 5.5 why because it can play AAC,ALAC,WAV and AIFF the memory is small but it's a flash memory meaning faster than the classic version with mecanical hard drives , the maximum sample rate and resolution are 48khz\24bit i mean you can hear the quality of the peaks and the release of the sound , a good high end ,the stereo image is wide and fantastic ...
to get the adhesive off I use rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab

I have an iPod and it is white in color. I have kept it since 2012. I was young when my aunt gave it to me on New Year's Day. I never used it, only once and hid it. I want to ask a question, does it work on the Internet and does it have a bluetooth feature?

nobody said anything about having to buy anything. Download iTunes and use it to transfer your files to the iPod
As a student who likes song I want to have an ipod so that I can keep the phone away and like just use an ipod

wire will get in the way of weights. wireless might be better

1- no song delete option
2- no folder navigation view
3- no replaygain
4- no micro sd card slot
5- no drag and drop files
my hidizs ap80 pro has all these features

You have to go into iTunes on a PC or Mac to do a Factory Reset. It will ask you when you hook it up the first time
