In order to download videos you have to make certain that all of the settings on ITunes are set so that you only download SD instead of HD videos. If you delete the HD videos you have in ITunes and replace them with SD versions, they ought to play without any further issues. Be aware that there are a couple of settings on ITunes that need to be adjusted.
its crazy cause my first iPod was a nano. I got it off this kid for $20 in high school. I love that thing. I really wanted the classic but I was okey with the nano all the same!
Hi! Coming from a person who has knowledge on this stuff, there is no way to have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on an iPod classic. However, you can upgrade an iPod classic or nano with a new battery and an ssd hard drive.
There's no such thing as a 7th gen iPod Classic. There is only various iterations of the iPod Classic, which was the 6th gen of the traditional, hard drive based models. Another difference between the 3rd gen Nano and the iPod Classic (both released in 2007) was that the iPod Classic can sync the time of a clock speaker dock with itself, where as this feature was added to later gens of the Nano.
Technically there is such thing as the 7th generation, the 7th generation is a classic with a 160gb hard disk, depending on who you talk to these are considered a whole generation or just revisions
Buy cd’s and rip them to iTunes in the AIFF format at 16 bit and 44.1 KHz. CD’s are cheap these days compared to what you can buy on the internet ($1 per CD album), not to mention that audio quality is superior to anything you can even buy/stream online. Then just sync your music library of ripped cd albums to your iPod through iTunes. I have grown a music library of 10000+ songs for less than 100 dollars by just buying cd’s. Trust me man, although ripping takes time and a lot of digital space, it is very much worth it. Take care and Merry Christmas. P.S. it would be wise to invest in an external hdd and to store your library on there, instead of your daily driver MacBook.
I’m probably just gonna get a Spotify subscription and download things from there since you get three months of free Spotify premium when you make a new account and some old cd’s
Apple, please bring back the Classic with updated plug in power ports, updated chipset & longer battery life. Thank YOU !
And with Spotify

thanks for the comparison review! Lord, I can’t imagine how they could stop producing iPods - this is the crime of the century!
