For now if it's doing what you want, then there's no need for upgrading. As this stands its a good budget build and doesn't need to be upgraded, for now at least. And for your question it depends on what you will be upgrading to, and I guess you will be upgrading to something much better than the rx 6600, so I guess yeah you will be CPU bottlenecked. I recommend that you don't bother upgrading anything for 3 years minimum. After 3 years begin to think of upgrading, but this is just a theoritical number you should upgrade when your PC can't do what you want.

@@bluzeorc9449 6700xt is pretty much the same as 6750xt, but more power efficient and cheaper. The 3070 ti gets bottlenecked a lot by its low VRAM, is incredibly power unefficient and too expensive. Please never buy a 3070ti
It is always advisable to aim for a little more power than required. Example: all your components require 350w to be powered, but don't make the mistake of buying a PSU with a little more power than required, like 400/500w, always better to abound and have a good power margin. In your case I would at least recommend getting a 550w PSU, the more margin the better!
Go with msi b550m pro vdh wifi motherboard or gigabyte b550m ds3h ac, the best for your specs and also if you already installing a GPU then go for 5600x or normal 5600 because the g model only support pcie 3gen. I am going with 5600g because I need integrated graphics but you don't you already have a dedicated one

@@silversilence7320 To be honest just for a R7 5700G 450w should be enough but later down the line if you get a graphics card then you may want to get something like a 600w PSU or something. But to be honest your better off just going with the R5 5600x or 5600 with an RX 580 just because the RX 580 has a lot more performance to offer compared to the 5700G's Graphics. And also, I just recommend getting a R5 5600 because in my testing the R5 5600 can perform as good as a R5 5600X if you turn on AMD Precision Boost Overdrive. And going for the 5600 instead of the 5600X saves you like 20 bucks which could go into better ram kit or a faster GPU or just save that money.

I think you should go for DDR5, there's no need to go for DDR4, even though its cheap but also, DDR5 has come down in price. A good 6000 Mt/s CL30 kit 2x16 is priced at $120- and with that you can maybe buy a Ryzen 7 7600 with a b650/E. The 7600 is a more than enough CPU with your 2060, even if paired with high end GPUs like the 7900xt or the 4070 ti it won't be bottlenecked. Even if the motherboard and cpu combo is more expensive than AM4, it's a new chipset that'll probably last for many years down the road, and with the DDR5 32Gb RAM you won't have to worry about upgrading for a bunch of years. Absolutely never pair a 6700xt with R5 5600. I have the same setup and in games which are cpu demanding, i get cpu bottlenecks resulting in stutters... Like bad frametime graphs. Noticed significant stutters in games like Spiderman remastered and god of war. And also many a times 6700xt doesn't go to 98 or 99% utilising...and hovers in 80% with the cpu also being at 80%. Dont let the avg fps fool u. In the end u will see the 1%lows and 0.1% lows
*DO NOT* buy a 5700 series, ever. I have had way too many issues with this stupid card, and am only one of many who has experienced these issues with this card.
That's too bad I have one rn and I have had 0 issues and I actually had way more issues with my 1050ti before I upgraded to an Rx 5700xt, been playing tons of games from competitive to story games and have not encountered performance issues or any crashes.
