This group has a deep elemental connection to earth energy, the music they create is astounding
No ,they fake it. There are thousands of people, musicians, dancers out there, doing it better. They don''t even have a root. Which would be fine ,after all that is how music and art spreads, but they make out they are something unique. That is what bugs me. No ,you are a bunch of mediocre musicians with No particular interest in anything except Omnia. The tiresome dress and fake tattoos - how old are you? We have tall been there, done that. Still do. Which is more than that sad audience. It is all SOO Desperate and contrived Just Be? Silly names, dubious causes, odd clothing (which I love, but hell I am 63, it ain't new!) Such a waste of musicianship. a'We wont sign a record deal! because we are So Alternative. BS You never got offered one did you? Hell Every band wants a deal ! How the Hell else do you put your message out? Even Hawkwind and Gong made records! And hey have managed to stay comfortably alternative,

This band is unbelievably talented! I'm addicted! I'm a flute player myself and I'm in awe of the way this guy can pipe. I'm having a grand old time trying to learn some of his riffs and I'm so envious of all of his toys around his mic. I'd be in heaven with that many flutes to choose from! I find it so hard to find just one flute that I like! I'm so glad that there are people out there that can create such music that resonates with the soul--and invokes the ancestors. FANTASTIC band. Come to Canada!

I can't explain but when i heard songs like that, I'm feel connected like some way. Songs like that calm down my soul and fill my heart of great feelings.
Beautiful, isn't it? When you get the chance, go outside and touch the earth with your skin, even if it's just your hands. While doing that, breathe in, feel the wind on you, the solid ground beneath you, and the thrum of energy touching whichever skin is touching the earth. This next part is more important than the rest of it: remind yourself you are as much a part of the earth as the wind, the earth beneath you, the energy that's touching your skin and calling to that same energy you have in you. Take some of the wind for yourself as you breathe in, and give some back as you breathe out.
If it's too cold to do anything but huddle inside under covers, you should only need a few minutes in layers or a snowsuit, a few breaths in and out of the cold wind and reminding yourself that energy is always there, always awake, and that it's okay to rest, because that's what it's either getting ready to do or is already doing. Or take an extra second to feel the air, hear the sounds, smell the smells on the way to wherever you might be going.
I will admit, though, that if I still had my snowsuit, I'd be outside with my butt plonked in the snow right now lol. For such a slow time of year, the energy is so strong and undiluted it's strangely easy to miss in the winter.
Sorry for the text wall, I'm going to blame it on having moved last year from the place I grew up and even though it's only across town, it's been a struggle to reconnect and I guess this reply is some subconscious attempt at a kind of spiritual therapy? Ok, I'll shut up now so we can listen to more awesome music lol.

It just needs to be said: when you wrote back to the young lady you immediately shifted the conversation to a an intriguing "exercise" , penning some beautifully-worded instructions to point the reader to an encounter with earth's subtle energies. Is that accurate? My files are a mess, so I do not have the exact wording, but closely related: Select a plant about your height; breathing normally, follow the energy from the Muladhara to the Sahasrāra, which it then exits, looping to the plant. The energy then moves down the plant into the ground, turning to rejoin our energy system. Visualized, it would look like a subtle energy loop -- one that rides the breath and completes an ancient energy exchange. Sorry. I, too, can get caught in a great post & run my mouth. Even if I missed the mark about what you were implying, it's great tto find the kind of exercises like you suggested. Best regards/S.
