I don't get the upset about album variations. ...Don't errr buy them?? I've been a swiftie for 20 years (literally saw her open for Brad Paisley when we were both 16). I haven't bought any of her albums after the ipod came out basically. Never went to one of her concerts after that first (and only) one. Will not be paying that money to go the Eras. Didn't see Eras in the theatre. Why do people act like there's they're being forced to buy stuff she puts out?
It’s not about feeling as if ppl need to buy these versions, it about when and why she drops them. It’s about dominating the charts. She decides to drop multiple versions of her album the day Billie debuts her album, then Taylor drops UK only versions of her album as Charli XCX heads toward #1 in the UK.

I think its funny how everyone all of a sudden is upset about Taylor's variants when Billie, Ariana, Charli, Dua all did the same exact thing but they instead released most of them all at once just to potentially debut their albums/songs at #1 for a week. Taylor releases a voice memo with a two month old album because she has demand.

I love you guys, but it really seems like sometimes your opinions on Summer House are somewhat muted because you know some of the players. The fact that you don’t even THINK there’s a chance that Carl was planning to breakup with Lindsey all summer is wild to me, because to me it’s completely obvious. He was telling everyone else all summer about their problems and just avoiding it with Lindsay. And I don’t know how it doesn’t bother you that Andy ALWAYS takes the guy’s side. Like they were shitting on Lindsay for clearing her name when Danielle just let her take all the blame the year before. And then they’re shitting on her for shutting down Carl’s career ideas. LOL. I mean, he wanted to try acting… then they’re shitting on her for the way she apologizes to people because she literally says “I apologize” instead of “I’m sorry.” I’ve never loved Lindsay but the way everyone else was acting made me think that Lindsay could do literally anything and the rest of the cast would shit on her for it.

Not true. If you read the article he reluctantly answered but knowing it would come up he just summarised the basics without addressing any issues. It was long loving committed and they broke up a week before it went public which is hard to navigate for anyone. He stated simply that he was happy and moving on.

I was really disappointed in Fran for shaming Taylor for her album variants. This is not a new thing, it has been done for decades- the biggest record holders for album variants are the Beatles and pink Floyd. But surprise surprise, the world only takes issue when a woman at the top does it. Music is a business at the end of the day and I’m so tired of Taylor and other women being demonised for being good business women, when men who do the same are lauded as GOATs and geniuses. In future please restrain from believing the Taylor Swift hating trend of the week. They disguise themselves as valid criticisms but if you do the tiniest bit of research you will always find out they are either baseless, or men are worse culprits and no one cares !! (I.e with the jet thing…Taylor is 77th on the list of highest jet users whilst on a world tour, Travis Scott is number 1 with no world tour, yet people are only criticising Taylor, it’s just pure sexism)
