Problem with non organic farming is that you dump nitrogen in the soil thus oxidizing the carbon out of the soil, thus requiring way more fertilizer in the long run, so this study is skewed drastically. You haven’t tested every soil available for organic production. If you get the nitrogen to 30% with NPK fertilizer then you drastically raise the nitrogen levels in the food, but you destroy the soils ability to hold onto the nitrogen, and typical rotation crops only nitrogen fix every other year. The natives would fix nitrogen every single year with 3 sisters crops, and so they had higher nitrogen levels. There are many things off about this study!! You need to fix the cation exchange capacity of the soil to fixate more nitrogen in the long run, non organic farming kills all the power of the soil, thus relying on nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. Without fixing any carbon in the soil, you can organic farm for 25 years strait “organically” with organic manure, and never raise a single point on your Cation Exchange Capacity, but adding in biochar for 1 application, can boost this CEC level by 4 points. The average American soil is between 4-18 on cation exchange, yet the highest tested CEC levels are 222, which is extremely carbon rich soil of the Amazon known as Terra Preta, carbon can hold onto nitrogen, and store it in the soil, but if you dump way too much nitrogen as NPK fertilizers will get your soil to 30% across the field, you’ll quickly destroy the soils ability to store the nitrogen thus when you deliver it, the plants absorb a ton of of, but you also kill the soil! You have no clue the levels of nitrogen in a plant grown from 200+ CEC soil is. You vastly skew the statistics of this and make it seem like organic is bad. Monsatan is good.

You are correct. I learned this during my time first in a horticulture program, then when studying botany. finally, I tested much of what you say during time working with organic gardening. The only thing I would point out is that Monsanto sold Roundup and other agricultural products to Bayer. So it would be Monsatan (Monsanto) and Bayer is good (not).

Thanks for the info i highly suspected Nitric Oxide was correlated to Longevity but i'm just a John Doe and i had it as a title in my notes with only 3 dot points. I think growing your own Beets, Celery and Watercress is the way forward. You can add nitrogen to the soil with human urine and you can get nitrogen fixing ground cover companion plants like clover or snowpeas, there is also a product called AZOS which is a nitrogen fixing bacteria which converts air nitrogen into a form for plants. It pairs with Mycorrhizal fungi which boosts plant nutrient uptake by 10-100x. Inoculate your soils with those two soil bacteria/Fungi and also have a compost and worm farm. If you want to be an OP OG then use the famous biodynamic cow manure method. LOl Thanks heaps for the news i watch every video.

The location NO2 comparison differences may be simple things like temperature difference, soil microbe quantities, even growing methods like till or no till which damage Fungal Hyphae which may be 4yrs old and tilling would reset the colony. You cant throw all organic products into the same basket either. For argument sake you need to at the least be specific eg. "Biodynamic organic produce" or "Permaculture Organic produce" even then there is an infinite amount of other contributing factors that effect growth and development. Even the surrounding plants effect the plants around them and their quantity of elements. This is why you have to be somewhat specific Syntropic organic produce is another one.

      Background
Myocardial mitochondrial dysfunction is the leading cause of chronic heart failure (CHF). Increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, disruption of mitochondrial biogenesis and mitochondrial Ca2+([Ca2+]m) homeostasis and reduction of the mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm) cause myocardial mitochondrial dysfunction. Therefore, treating CHF by targeting mitochondrial function is a focus of current research. For the first time, this study investigated the effects of the strong antioxidant pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) on mitochondrial function in a cardiac pressure overload model, and the mechanism by which PQQ regulates [Ca2+]m homeostasis was explored in depth.

This was an interesting and provocative presentation. If what he is saying can be replicated and validated by others, his idea is extraordinary. That is exactly why I'd like to see more extraordinary evidence. If what he is saying is true, we need to totally rethink oral health and start telling people to don't use fluoride and mouthwashes. If what he is saying is true, we need to rethink whether "organic" farming produces food that has far LESS of the nitric oxide precursors that get transformed in the mouth by bacteria. In other words, in terms of their effects on blood pressure, foods fertilized with certain chemicals might be healthier than those grown organically.

This video is informative - but it fills me with a certain degree of consternation.
I need to use mouthwash quite frequently. The reason? I have a bio-prosthetic heart valve and I've had endocarditis before (on my previous valve). 16 days in hospital followed by daily home visits for intravenous antibiotics for a month. Re-operation two years later.
Oral hygiene is vital to avoiding a relapse.
I do - despite flossing my teeth - fairly frequently find parts of my mouth which need attention. So I swill the Chlorhexidine mouthwash in that spot (usually my rear right teeth).
Relying on bacteria naturally being present in the mouth is a really sub-optimal strategy for me. I would ideally like to be able to take a probiotic supplement containing the necessary bacteria. What bacteria are they? Is there a supplement that contains them?

While i agree to be carefull about simple explanations, to make a blanket statement like "they really don't work" is just as ignorant. How can you possibly know that there isn't a simple solution? Yes, a simple solution needs to be evaluated very critically, but a priori saying it can't work is just as bad as accepting it uncritically.
