Thank you, this definitely helped me change my keyboard. Thank you. Some aspects may need a closer watch of the video, or a slight change in the procedure, but with a bit of thinking on my part, I got it done eventually.. Took me about an hour.!! But all is well. All done now. Typing this on my new keyboard. Was wondering if it takes a few hours for the keyboard to sit well.? 1st few minutes felt a little bit wonky, maybe each keyboard has a slight difference in "feel", like a pair of new shoes, eventually, one gets comfortable with it.

Thank you for the great video. I would like change from a US keyboard to a german keyboard. Since the german keyboard comes with another shape of the keys it is necessary also to exchange the mask cover. I mean the part which you removed at first, was clipped over the keyboard. Unfortunately I can't find it since I haven't an idea how the precise name is of it. Do you know that?

May need to replace the touchpad/ HID/ place where the keyboard plugs in

This machine is an utter monstrosity of engineering. Yeah, take the sys board off to get to the keyboard. Weld the HID controller to the chassis. Lol damn
