Yesss that accordion hanger looks so much better in the hallway!! I worked on some cleaning yesterday. I need to make a grocery list still and clean out the fridge. It’s definitely one of my most avoided tasks haha
Yay to do list Tuesday is back! 😊 Something I’ve been doing is trying to get a new routine down pat for cleaning, but alas I fell off of it 2 weeks ago. Our schedule changed in July but it’s temporary, but it has thrown me off my game. It is so hard to stick to a routine! I do so well for a week or two then it drizzles out. Maybe it’s just the season of life I’m in 😅 I’ll figure something out eventually! Those hangers are awesome! I’m so glad they are working out for you and they’re cute! It might not be everyone's cup of tea, or meal of choice, but the wonderful thing about Raylynn is that she always puts her heart into what she does and she is a sufficient homemaker who makes use of the food she has been blessed with. That's what we are all doing, our best! And a porkchop every now and then isn't going to harm anyone. It's all about balance and making the best choices within our means. I think her food looked delicious, but I guess we all have our own preferences. 😊
I will say though, I do need to do better about cooking healthier meals. It's a struggle though, because my kids complain to no end about eating "gross" stuff. But I need to find meals that are healthier and that they will eat. So this is a challenge that I have to figure out. I just wanted to say thank you, Tammy. Because you have lit a fire under me to figure this out. 😊
@ourforsurelife3334 I totally relate to those comments about "oh that's gross, I don't like that" with one of my children it is a texture issue, too, so I can understand that struggle. I try to fit in healthier foods where I can like make "snacky" lunch board lunches etc that way I can add a bit of variety, also cost wise sometimes it's hard to buy certain ingredients especially if they end up being wasted. The struggle is real!
We actually don't throw away a lot of food. But I had missed cleaning out my refrigerator the last couple of weeks because of a hectic schedule. But typically, I'm more on top of it. 🙈

I know it's difficult to judge sometimes how much to make when you're cooking. If I make enough for just this one meal... that's when everyone decides they hungrier than they thought they were or if I make extra they're not really hungry at all. Sometimes you just can't win for losing. 😊

Oh my goodness! You sure do throw away a LOT Of food. 😢 With groceries being so expensive now, that’s like literally throwing money in the trash!
