I have the same car, one time at the dealership one of the sale rep. somehow convinced me that the Auto break works just like how u showed. Within a month I found myself changing the rear pads cuz they wear down. Its only the European version that has special button that does this feature.
@@FelekPL well that's wierd that for US market there is no "auto hold" option..as you said your car is quite full. Yes my car is from EU....but please go to Audi US website and search for the option...if BMW has it in US....Audi has too...
@@anafradu954 I did not notice before but that empty spot by the ebrake is the spot for auto hold. I thought that was their design, not spot for extra feature. At the same time I did some research and it looks like that feature was not available in US on C7.
Felek - there’s a lot of things missing on the Audi for US market. The Auto-hold is also missing on the C8 US model as well. We also don’t get full functioning LED Matrix lights, Parking Pilot, amber rear signal lights, all wheel steering. And other German companies have it available.
interesting, that the US versions do not have the hill hold handbrake button, that automaticly turns on handbrake when stop..eventho your car seems to have all the options
I also have the same car, but underneeth the P brake button I have an A brake switch which is the one perhaps you don't have. However you have other features which I don't such us the automathic side mirrors closing. It depends how the car was initially spec since with every extra feature you need to pay more.
Depends. For instance Japanese cars are much better spec in US and some upgrades you won't find in Europe. The other thing is that you are a bit restricted in how much you can modify your car due to tight regulations. Anyhow I think there are pos and negs wherever you are.
Interesting. It looks like you have an overhead view camera. Is the car a prestige model? I have a 2012 (C7) Audi A6 3.0T Quattro Premium Plus and I don't have an overhead view option like you do in the video (as far as I'm aware). I'm wondering if it was something added in the 2013 model like auto start/stop (which my car doesn't have).
I have a 2013 audi a6 2013 with there is a câmera Belinda the central windows mirror ... but it just show the back câmera when I put in reverse... is it a upgrade?
My car's MMI screen and Rear sun blind is not working(not going up and down). Tried the buttons, putting in reverse, even removed the battery terminal. No use. Any suggestions ???
The mirror does come back automatically when you start moving, but you need to reach at lest 15km/hr.
Yup, someone else noted that too. Thanks

Thats it???? Ugh
It does, but first you have to drive faster than 20km/h
audi hand brake will release automatically only if you have the seatbelt on.
It will go up once you go in drive in few seconds of driving
💪
I have the same car. The mirror will go back up but you have to drive further for it to work
I did,,just did not show in the vid. Gotta try again.
Cody K , once the car hit 15 km/h and up the mirror will go up
Cool, thanks
U can have same option for Audi in regards of brake..for my Audi I just press AutoHold next to epark and is the same behaviour as BMW
Is that European model by any chance? I have not seen that option in US and this car is almost fully loaded.

They strip the cars down for US market.it is missing many more features that European versions have. :(

I am going to take a guess that is not an US version of A6. European versions DO have the Auto-hold button.
@@FelekPL Yes indeed it is. UK.

My A6 has that too. I think it's related to the auto-braking system.

Fuse?
