@@georgesj9536 pretty sure he said, rims are to narrow, that's why it comes with 26mm tyres, so you can upgrade the carbon rims to lighter ones because you haven't spent enough money yet and Bora will ride BMC next year (Redbull and all).
One thing to note, BMC’s ICS integrated handlebars has some of the most fragile paint on it. Very easy to chip when fitting, adjusting, very frustrating to work with. 3Nm max torque also makes my pants brown every time trying to tighten the bolts. Otherwise, beautiful bike to ride and to look at.
Never thought the day would come when top ends bikes were maroon. It's beautiful, but it would be gorgeous in white, black, silver, blue, anything else really.
7.2 with wheels this deep is a fantastic achievement for an aerobike. Put low profile carbonwheels (you can do that for under 2 k) and you will easily reach the UCI limit of 6,8 kg.
Not to have a dig at this bike in particular, but the majority of buyers will be mamils with 30mm+ of spacers. The aero loss from being sat up negate any tour mag aero test scores. Plus it reportedly stiff af so these guys will also lose comfort....I just don't get it. Buy an Aethos with 60mm rims and enjoy riding
no thats not the case... look at tt positions over the years they were running slammed and strait aero bars for the longest time, now these guys are pretty much running massive stacks with ski tips..... you are only aero for as long as you can stay in one position
Tt riders haven't brought their arms up for comfort, plus has nothing to do with suggesting most recreational riders would be better off on endurance geo than a stiff af race bike with low stack geo and 6 spacers
14000?!?!? :DDDDDDDD ok... duraace full groupset with powermeter 3350 eur wheels dt swiss 1760 eur saddle around 200eur BB, bar tape, and others... ok 200 eur tires max 150 eur total 5660 eur frame, fork , handlebar and seatpost cost around 8340 eur ?!?!?!?! :DDDDDDDDD LOL
Once again, that's not what the wide fork does at all, it's not nearly wide or profiled enough to have any meaningful interaction with the rider's legs. Even BMC marketing doesn't mention anything about that. Their real purpose is to get less interaction between the wheel and fork so the airflow is cleaner and flows around the downtube better.
It seems so easy. BMC Aero. BMC team. BMC light. Or whatever. But i need to understand what i am whatching at what the brand tried to aim at with the bike.
Hellll yeaaa
Sound cuts out at 7:45..just letting you know

@@GCPerformance18 thanks for sourcing it for me ... THM and extralight chainrings help.
How happy are you with the ride quality?
That fork looks nasty.
NicE!
BMC's naming scheme makes no sense.

It makes perfect sense if you have 2 working brain cells
I dont like how long they are lol but it makes sense to me now that I work wiht them
I love how people are just reviewing $14K bicycles like nbd...

Fix the volume on your video, no sound
mic broke mid way went corrupt
You lost your audio
yea my mic broke and got corrupt I need to get a new one lol sorry
14 K for a bike with this paint is a bad business. Another brand with economical issues ,maybe the prices??
what's wrong with the paint? It's beautiful.
This quality totally not Worthing these money, BMC marketing team are killing this brand.
I think it is worth the money...
Those bottle cages are really ugly they ruin the looks of the frame, just big lumps of black plastic/carbon .$14000 is a bit rich
you said "to go ahead" 12 times in 6 minutes. That's called a verbal crutch
In that case, your mother's verbal crutch is "Harder! Harder"
lmao I did not know that
