Why is this version from 1990 so much more realistic and scarier than what the Orlando one was and the California one is?! THE SHARK GRABBED THE BOAT and dragged the boat?! And these 1990 animatronic shark skins look so realistic. There was even an explosion of what looked like blood and guts in the water during the final shot?! Could you imagine if they revamped this ride using the technology we have today? Making the sharks larger than life towering above the boat and look and move realistic? Ditching the cheesy skipper routine and coming up with a whole new fresh concept? There is a video on UA-cam of The Boathouse with no skipper yelling no boat full of people talking and laughing - it’s just silent and all you hear are the creeks of The Boathouse and moving water. It was terrifying. A ride where you feel completely alone out on the water with JAWS lurking about would be insanely scary. I think the JAWS ride could be truly nightmarish if enough thought and care was put behind it. I would love to re-design this ride with a team of like minded people. JAWS is my favorite movie of all time and I’d love to see the ride come back to Orlando revamped or completely re-done in California. 🛥🦈

One thing, sharks can't swim backwards so the part where it attempts to spin the boat is VERY incorrect, even for Jaws. Besides, all this work would be worthless and pointless if it doesn't work properly or isn't scary. You hear the people laughing when the shark bit the boat?

The more well known version was the revamp, and they changed the ending from the Exploding Jaws ending from Jaws 1, to the Electrocution ending of Jaws 2.
When the boat gets bitten, imagine if it started slowly sinking and you got jumpscared by Bruce charging towards you and then you swim the rest of the ride. Or there's 2 options, you can either ride amity 3 and, like I said, the boat starts sinking, or you can ride amity 6. Like an option to get the good or bad ending.
I can make this as a stopmotion lego movie well the bad news is I need to get all the pieces to build this but my version would combine 2 versions of the ride together see after they escape the refinery the shark grabs them towards the fires and explosions so skipper would hit it with a macuete(hope I spell it right) then he grabs an oxygen tank to put it inside the mouth of the beast then jaws would go underwater then when the scene that they killed the shark with the wire I added the team tour. The tram tour would encounter the shark three times the first time was in the dock where a kid died (like Alex kintner) then the second encounter would have jaws bashing he's head to the tram itself then the you would see the normal ending but he's still alive then chief Brody arrives and the tram tour arrives at the same time then there's a couple of drunken fisherman's trying to hunt the shark but failed as they were grabbed into the sea from the original tram tour dock scene as blood coming out of the water then the shark resurface and trys to attack the boat then Brody shoots the shark into its head and then the shark change its direction into brodys boat and Brody would try to shoot it 3 times then the shark submerged Brody lost track of it then there's 3 barrels pop out of the water then Brody knows what's gonna happen so he got inside the boat then the shark attacks by jumping into the boat like the original movie but chief Brody didn't die because the boat tour distract the shark so it will come over them then the skipper says(ok I have 5 shots left, shoot! Comon show me the tank) as the guest would scream because the shark is coming to them on the four shot skipper finally blow the shark with catch phrase Eat it! Then the shark resurface and still alive skipper shoot the shark as he saves the day
@@41Haloh2nd version has shark getting electrocuted and fried and there's fire fx too. This one has a unrealistic water explosion just from shooting it

It was one of the effects that had the biggest issues they used real shark teeth on the shark and it would damage the boats when it actually worked

1の原作小説だとクイントもフーパーも食い殺されるんだけど、ブロディが食われそうになったところでタルによる疲労で力尽きる...ってオチらしいんだよね。だからこのアトラクションのストーリー軸ではオルカ号も沈んでないし、タル3つですんなり力尽きちゃったんじゃないかな。

Honestly even without all the technical difficulties this version of the ride seemed pretty boring compared to the second version.
