Jmcgin1453 is dedicated to archiving the history of the Hasbro Star Wars lines from the Power of the Force days to present. Additionally, figures from Sideshow Collectibles, including Hot Toys, and Lego will be featured.
I think Hasbro might have based this on from The phase 1 pilot from the “Star Wars clone wars adventures” books that have the Genndy art style, his story takes place after order 66, He’s introduced as a stranded and coma pilot who gets picked up by a smuggler who is hiding Jedi younglings. I can’t remember if it was Biggs or someone else close to Luke but is this version based on the rebel who was a brainwashed imperial spy.
That's news to me about the pilot. Not a lot of source content for him.
Great review! Out of all the pilot Evolutions set this one might be the coolest to me. That clone looks great and Biggs in his imperial pilot uniform is super cool, I have his old x-wing pilot figure from the 30th anniversary but I wouldn't mind to track down this one.
This evolutions pack is one of the more inexpensive ones. I saw a few on Ebay recently for $30 brand new.

That striped one is the one I use for the Tiger Shark Gunship. Yeah, had to get 2 packs. Now that the little nephew lost one of the helmets, might have to get another one!
I hope to get a second pilot eventually. You might find a spare helmet by itself on Ebay.
