I'm going to treat Grey as the commander of the 442nd Siege Batallion. In the video I did for the antenna mold 442nd, I compare Grey to them and the green is close. He could be in the 41st Elite though. I think Lucasfilm was lazy with some of the clone Trooper designs in recent years. They have clones in regular phase II armor piloting v-wings and gunships, instead of the normal phase II pilot or something new leading into the Imperial pilot. Kind of unfortunate. I could see that for Howzer too. I suppose we might not ever know at this point, but at least he survived the Bad Batch show. His armor scheme doesn't really fit in with much else besides the 41st Elite.

You will have to check my Tantive IV display with these guys.

That's not too bad at all, especially compared to going for £100 or more just a few years ago.

Would be nice to get some figures of the Kotor trandosians made.

The Imperial Death Trooper had a better saturated availability than the stormtrooper. Maybe the demand was lower, but it didn't seem like it. Of all the army builders, the stormtrooper should be in constant production.

The first few packs had terrible distribution, defeats the purpose of army builders. It seems like it has improved with the latest releases though, wider availability and in stock.

That sounds like the occasional figure quality from Tunghori. Unfortunate Hasbro didn't capitalize more on stormtrooper packs and up the quality. Of all the troop builder sets, this is probably the one most important to keep in constant rotation.

That might be a video I make someday. I have most of the build a droid figures from the time. It would probably be HK-47 or the silver Death Star Droid that take my number one spot.

I would love to army build the elite squad trooper. I did pick up another one shortly after I made this video. A 4-pack would be nice, and maybe with removable helmets since some of them were named characters. At this point, I think we'll be fortunate to even get the rest of the Bad Batch squad in their season 1 appearances made. Maybe it will be possible if the Marauder gets a Haslab, but it seems like everyone has forgotten about the series at this point.

I think I know the one you mean. I wouldn't mind tracking down the Clone Wars and Black Series versions at some point.

@@jmcgin1453 yeah hes a pain to track down, but the black series plo looks awesome. The clone wars ones arent too hard to come by.

That's great. I think Darth Rampage was a little further back from Tenebrous. Just reading the context, it seems like there were a few between Rampage and Tenebrous, but they are never named. Someday I hope to get customs of the ancient Sith Lords. Thanks for watching.

@@jmcgin1453 yea that's what I thought. When I looked up the master of tenebrous it said he was male twi'lak named Darth rampage but I could have sworn rampage was an entirely different sith

@@Darth.Ubex.the.wonderer I don't think Rampage has much reference material. There might be one art photo for him and that's it. Would have been an interesting character to pursue more stories for 20 years ago.

It is a unique Palpatine, and even back in 2009, it wasn't commonly found. I will definitely be doing more every version videos at some point, and I've had a few in mind for a few months now. Some I'm close to completing every variant of to making a video, like the Republic Commandos for example. If you haven't already, take a look at the short I did a few days ago for the Star Wars Legacy Sith.

I think you are right. I hope Hasbro does produce that appearance of Morgan Elsbeth someday, along with the sword.

I appreciate it. The background picture is the 30th Anniversary coin album. I'll be making a video about it soon. I do consider getting risers at some point, but I might save that until I can display everything in one spot. Hope to do an action figure wall someday.

Malgus stayed relatively cheap up to 2020. I recall between 2016-2019 finding him easily online for around $30 new on the card.

I appreciate it. Yeah, there is plenty of room for improvement, but this will probably be the best we get for TVC Jango. I hope to the video on the Hot Toys Jango soon, that one is definitive.

@@ParanormalMetalMan Jango Fett is one of my top few as well. No, I never got the Figuarts version. From what I saw, the Black Series figure is much better. I don't think it had a removable helmet.

@@ParanormalMetalMan Hard to say. It was a drag getting Hasbro to do another TVC Jango, I can't imagine them easily jumping on a new TBS Jango.

I keep an eye on that figure and hope to get him someday. I never saw it in retail back in 2009. I think he had one of the HK-47 parts.

I appreciate it my friend. Yeah, it gets to the point the more you accumulate, the less you can enjoy what you have. I'm getting close to the point I want to enjoy what I have. Of course I'll still buy the occasional figure, but at a slower rate. 2024 has been a slow year for Hasbro Star Wars. This year can almost be written off now.

I wanted to get some of those Light Cruiser hallway playsets, but the standard retail price for the preorder of just one is $60! I spent close to half of that recently on a new Tantive IV Hallway diorama playset! :(

Yeah, these sets started at $49.99 about 5 years ago.

Just good timing. I might get the Light Cruiser walls if they go on sale eventually. Have to get at least 3 to have a complete scene, and $200 doesn't seem worth it. I rather take the $200 and get a brand new Republic Gunship on Ebay or a Hot Toys figure instead.

I see those Tantive 4 sets going for even less eventually. I'm surprised Amazon hasn't done a deep clearance for them yet since they have been half off for three years now with little movement in sales.

Yeah, the modularity concept is great, but can be rather expensive. I only did 2 for the Carbon freezing chamber & Taintive 4. The rest were just one.

Are you sure it was this figure and not the TVC one? If you paid $68 for the Saga figure, that's way over the average. $68 for the TVC figure would be more realistic, but that's still a little high. Back in 2011, it was a pegwarmer in most places I saw. Even up to 2020, I could find her on Ebay for $20-30 usually.

@@jmcgin1453 no it was the TVC line I paid that amount I know the other line isn't that much I had that version also when the line first came out

@@jmcgin1453 and yeah you are right it is over priced Brian's toys is pretty over priced on some figures and dealing with a 3rd party on eBay or Amazon don't know what your going to get I purchased a Naboo pilot TVC line from Amazon and I received a scream mask from the movie that cost me $47 got my money back fortunately but never again

@@dennislogan9836 I used to get catalogs from Brian's Toys and would spend hours studying them. This was when the Clone Wars line and the Legacy Collection were going on. I wonder how someone equated a Naboo Pilot with Scream? Haha. At least it worked out in the end.

@@jmcgin1453 yeah I used to get them too back around 2003 to about 2007 then I got into hot toys military figures the 12 in. And the alien figures like Hudson and Apone Dragon models fully posable figures WW2 figures, blue box toys military figures stopped collecting star wars and they didn't have the TVC line back then

I don't think it's so much because of the cape, but more because the ball point is a little tight for the socket in her head. Her head dressed head definitely fits much better. Lumiya is one of my favorite EU characters and I would have been always up for more stories with her, but it might be best with the way Star Wars is going these days if she stays ignored.
