Delivered faster than was quoted, the virtual staging was awesome! There was no back and forwards to change anything - it was perfect first try. I wholeheartedly recommend and will be using this in the future.
Great video. I especially like the comments about what doesn't work for you. Are you able to adjust photos in Lightroom or Photoshop before submitting for AI staging?
The 360 degree virtual staging service is also quite good, the completion time is still a bit long, about less than 1 hour, but much faster when I buy the manual service within 48 hours.
I’ve been using both of these programs. The furniture by windows are not good. Some look cartoonish. It doesn’t do well with whites. They are usually too white after rendering. You can adjust the brightness of the furniture which is good. I found the white curtains to be very cartoon looking. It’s not consistent. Any room with wood, ex. cabin turns the wood weird colors. You can save the furniture only and place it in a room to help with that
Really easy to work with - very accommodating. It took some back and forth to align my vision of the interior design to the space, but the final product looks excellent.
Wow. Great find. Thanks for sharing. If I may ask for a reference, I mostly shoot 360 spherical for virtual tours, rarely the property is empty but I could use this platform to stage some furniture. But my main concern if you know if the platform or other service can offer a DOWNLOADABLE 3d model (Dollhouse) out of my panoramas to use it in my VT? Thanks again.

Sometimes the system works a bit slow, but the results are okay, some details are a bit dark. Maybe I need to use it a few more times to get better at it

Are you aware of a software that allows you to 1) make 360 view of the property, then virtually remove the furniture and put inside virtual furniture or 2) make 360 view of the empty property and put the virtual furniture inside. And afterwards to provide the product as 360 virtually staged property to a real estate agent?
Hello, thanks for the amazing comment! To my knowledge, there is no automated software (similar to autodesign and applydesign) that can remove complex objects such as furniture from 360 photos. Simply because removing objects from photos requires lots of guesswork. Applydesign allows you to stage 360 vacant photos but that's about it. The staging always ends up looking natural and like it fits INSIDE the photo as opposed to being superimposed on top of it and floating so we appreciate however that is able to be achieved.
I had a few problems while working on this app, when I contacted support, they responded very quickly and were willing to refund so I could redo the work more perfectly.
It is not difficult for you to create a realistic and high-quality photo yourself, as long as you understand how to use the tools to adjust brightness and contrast for photos on this app.

Very quick turnaround. Also looking at the photos themselves the finish and virtual staging quality is way better than I've used in the past.
