Kevin, thank you for your support and the much-needed solutions for the sub and compact tractors!!! I just finished installing everything. The stage 3, BH, and FEL cylinder upgrades and you were not kidding. These upgrades are the truth!!! I am no longer pursuing a track hoe, skid steer, or dingo. In MA, we need subcompact size to work on our subcompact yards. Until now subcompact = subpar, but not any longer!!! You've saved me a ton of money!! Thank you! Next, please build as quickly as you can, a power rake that runs on a SCV, a manual flow divider with flat face couplers, and some tubing for the BH to turn it into a much quicker "quick change" than what JD has engineered. You are a great functional and design engineer. Thanks again. Oh yeah, anything you can do to get help removing the noisy flow restrictor from the FEL?
Spot on with the opening comments about going straight to Stage 3. I started with the original top level pump and moved to the Stage 3 when it became available - never 2nd guessed the upgrade.
I'm sure it's noted somewhere. What is the result if only the pump is replaced? If I'm too lazy to change it all out? If there was a replacement flow regulator(the part you took out) that existed could that be put in to balance the flow back out?
yep, the old "extreme" is the Stage 2, but it's a little confusing since the Stage 3 has ~9.5 GPM to the implements and the Stage 2 (Extreme) has 9.5 total. It has around 8 to the implements.

Tank you for the vidéo! ! John!
Kevin, do you think it's possible to make an improved bellCrank for the brakes before John Deere comes out with a fix
Probably not before they fix it.

Does your pump kits effect the 3point lift ability
hows that turbo coming for 3E ? have you found any frame ect wear from 3E hydraulic upgrade with pump and 2" cylinders
Do you have to have the turbo kit with stage 3
No - you can buy either without the other and they will function just fine...but it's more fun if you have both :)
I can't remember what I have...9.5 GPM...Is that stage 2 ?

How much is the kit for a2018 2025r
check out hydrosplus.com since prices can change over time, I don't want to post it here to avoid confusion in the future. Thanks!
