I thought it was Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean. He's a pirate, (Which explains why Uma is a pirate when Ursula is not.) he is half octopus, half human, (Although a different combination from Ursula) and other than that appears vaguely human, He's a villain (and a seafaring one, at that.) AND he's from a Disney movie. The skin color doesn't really signify anything, as they could have changed Ursula's skin color. (They did it with Cruella.) Also, yes I know I used too many parentheses.

We need some concrete evidence. We know that she has magic lives on captain boat,seawitch,and a villian. I dig a little deeper to Uma's outfit and it's said blue and green(turquoise) so not Celia and Freddy's Dad. That's is a mystery that won't solved.
To be honest, I kind of figured it was him because he's the only black Disney villain I can think of.

You guys! Mal's father wasn't mentioned in the two movies BECAUSE Descendants is actually just a family friendly show. The director never wanted to have mothers and fathers of VKs( Villian Kids ) because it will just be a hard work for them. They didn't want anyone to know about how or why pregnancy starts, especially those little kids. So, they were only Maleficent, Cruela de Vil, Jafar, and the Evil Queen. Even this freaking channel didn't mention who's Mal's father is. It CANNOT be Gaston or Mr. Smee ( or whoever that was ) because how would Maleficent fall in love with Mr. Smee and how will Gaston give up with Belle and go for Maleficent.
So stop commenting " WHO IS EVIE'S DAD, JAY'S MOTHER, AND CARLOS'S FATHER???" and stuff like that! Don't be ridiculous. There was only one parent for this family friendly show.
