I particularly liked your emphasis on creativity and resourcefulness in real estate investing, such as leveraging your kitchen business to add value to the property. It's a reminder that there are always unique opportunities in the market for those willing to think creatively.
No Tony, with all due respect, you are selling yourself short. While I understand we need to use a different avenue/approach than others to find good deals - we also need to have the kindness to work for a win-win solution. Had you not done your research, this deal would not have happened. Well done sir 🙂
Hey, really nice to meet you today. Love the GS hope you get the new one soon. Do you still do consultancy? You abit for a dilemma with property at the minute? All the best
Hi James, yes, it was lovely to bump into you 😃. I do indeed offer coaching calls if you feel that would help. If you go to www.yourfirstfourhouses.com you’ll find the link there. 😊
@@YourFirstFourHouses Hi Tony, I apologize for that confusing question. Street Map is what I mentioned/ understood. Say whether you want to search the property at Oxford, Oxford map. When it comes to Reading, Reading map. Hope I gave You correct explanation.
I got my 2nd property by renting a house and talking the owner into selling it to me after a few years. I got the 3rd from looking on Craigslist would you believe. 🙂 direct from owner buying is always the way to go.
I’m always nervous about the direct to seller approach because I worry that a seller will think I’m just some bloke trying it on! But I guess you don’t have to be a professional outfit to buy houses!
I completely understand… but actually I feel it’s better to come from a personable angle rather than from a business standpoint (if that makes sense) Also… can I suggest… what’s the worst that can happen? They tell you to not contact them again?
Haha how was it to walk around like a sign? 🪧 Amazing you could help her out. Did you buy then buy the static home and then swith with her house? Or how did you secure the static? 🏚️🏠 Thank you for sharing🥳
Yes it was pretty embarrassing 😊 Basically the deal involved three parties and the solicitors tied it all together… the seller of the house… the seller of the park home… and me. It was really quite straightforward from a legal stand point. 😊

Hi Tony,
I remember you talking about local maps for looking up properties. Which website is it available from?

My first property changed my life as well
That’s wonderful to hear Eric 😃
You can buy a static on your property and don’t need planning - Caravan Act.
👍
I think HMO is the future of Buy to let.
