£110000 plus 8000 fees plus other fees plus kitchen boiler bathroom decorating another 10000 minimum, plus interest on mortgage....it is a good buy to let agreed, but not £80000 profit just yet.
Interesting video, but i certainly would NOT agree that this is the best time to buy. The market is due a correction and we are looking at a 10-20% price decrease over the next year or two

Hi Katie . The purchase price was £110,000 , The revaluation price was £190,000 after the refurbishment . What did the refurbishment work cost ?

This is misleading, totally left out the refurb costs, would be good to know how much they were
And the 'finders fee' and lending fees of 8k. Made it a 118k property, plus like you say refurb as well.
So let me get this straight.. instead of profiting 80,000 yourself you sold the deal for 8,000.
